This office is genuine concern and supportive, the office staff mean a lot to me The office manager jody is great. along with the two office staff up front Brittney and Ashley. I saw the nurse Melissa today ans she amazing. I CANT THINK THEM ENOUGH FOR KEEPING ME IN GOOD HEALTH

I've been coming here for almost 8 months. I've never had an issue with anyone at that office. The usual nurse practioner is awesome, warm, friendly, answers questions.
Until today.
Nurse practioner Tricia was incredibly unprofessional, looked at my left arm, which i have never sought pain medication for, would not even look at my ankles when I told her it was my ankles not arm, the only reason I have ever gone to this office. She spent less than 2 minutes in that room, was unprofessional, & when I remembered a question about an upcoming medical procedure, she would not come back into the room & shut the door so I could speak with her privately, my HIPPA right.
And I paid $200 for less than 2 minutes to be treated without care or concern for my pain. Absolutely disgusting for a health care professional. You have a lot to learn, Tricia.
I requested my medical records & was told I had to pay.

The office staff is absolutely wonderful. I have never been to such an amazing and caring office such as this practice.
Dr. Osei is such a kind and caring man. He listened to me and actually heard what I was saying which is so rare. This man is an angel. . I am so thankful to to have found this practice. He and his staff are amazing ?

ZERO as far as customer service is concerned. The staff have terrible attitudes and you can hear them making negative comments about the patients through the glass. Shame on you all. Do better. Dr. Osei is kind, but needs to seriously consider hiring better staff if he wants to stay in business.

Jade, Jody and Jasmine is pleasant , welcoming and very helpful. The providers are very professional, knowledgeable and caring . It’s not just about the money , they actually do care for their patients well-being

I made this review and lost it thank God I took a picture of it because I wanted to put it on another website as my review is Vanessa and Jody that work in the office or the absolute best they make my Experience at the doctors office as caring and comfortable as possible as I suffer with high anxiety and high pain these two have shown that they are hard-working dedicated caring caring for their patients Employees.
The doctor and nurse practitioner are the absolute best they also make me feel very comfortable as I have a hard time dealing with my anxiety and my pain and they make me feel better. Vanessa and Jody have absolutely saved my life when I come there and I’m very nervous they call me down they tell me everything‘s gonna be OK when I’m in pain and my anxiety is high no other place it made me feel this way I hope and pray to God that they never leave this place as I feel very comfortable with them Vanessa and Jody are the absolute best I see when I’m there how hard-working and dedicated that they are caring for their patients that’s hard to come bye I give this place a A+ rating especially for Vanessa and Jody thank you very much for caring for me I am a patient of theirs
