I called into this branch to look for something to help with irritable and itchy skin. An assistant called Dawn asked if she could help, so I explained my problem and she advised two products and showed me where they were and went through how to use them. She was a great help and nothing was a problem for her. These products worked a treat. I'd like to say thank you and if her manager is reading this, Dawn should be given a pay rise or some kind of bonus. She is a credit to your company.

Awful experience on self service tills. Staff member basically accused us of not paying. She could see us struggling with the rubbish system but offered no help even though it was quiet. Boots has shut near us and not a small store. When you no longer treat customers respectfully they go elsewhere. Do my Christmas shop here usuallybut no longer. Dont need the hassle.

Boots Preston Deepdale ,awful service waited at a till for ages , then when it got to my turn the woman who was tall with dark hair in her 50’s suddenly said oh I’m not supposed to be serving , why could’nt she say as I was queuing for more than 15 mins terrible customer service . Terrible place not friendly. Please go to Lancaster or clitheroe, where I live , never being treated so awfully, and I have always supported Boots . Shame on you Preston deepdale ?

Recently visited Boots (Deepdale Retail Park) to seek advice about the right shade of Estee Lauder foundation. I received fantastic customer service from a lovely lady called Christine. She was extremely patient. I'm not the easiest of customers as finding the right foundation for me can be tricky. I did purchase one. Christine also gave me a couple of samples, unfortunately when I got home I didn't seem to have one of them. 'Never mind' I thought. What I was overwhelmed with was a couple of days later I received a hand written envelope with the sample in it. What an absolutely lovely thing to do. Thank you Christine!!! Boots/Estee Lauder you should feel blessed that this lady has chosen your company to work for and represent.

What an awful store this has become. Well stocked and got exactly what I wanted but so disappointed with self service tills where one girl was running between customers with variety of beeps from non customer-friendly-system. Also lack of staff around store to access stock( scent locked away) I exited feeling very stressed. Have never used Superdrug , as have always been happy with Boots, but will not return here unless this changes back.
