This Dior store was the most beautiful shopping experience I’ve ever received in Atlanta. I was assisted by Randy who was so nice and helpful. Me and one of my friends came in to just window shopping but I ended up buying these gorgeous black/white J’ Adior sling backs. They are so comfortable and can literally dress them up or down. Thanks Randy for giving me an superb shopping experience. ?

I went there last weekend to take a look at some bags & shoes and Eden was so lovely and helped me with everything ! She made my first Dior experience extremely memorable , I recommend her 100%!

Went there today , the sales girl in the front sales area was very forward speaking, and had, condescending tones multiple times. Then when we ask to see multi selection in different times & colors , she actually was overheard by our group, saying to another customer we were indecisive with sarcasm . Needless to say, we left the store. It was a very nice store but it is sad how we were treated and her audacity. Based on their reviews , It doesn’t surprise me now.

I purchased a pair of $1200 tennis shoes with the embroidered butterflies and flowers in Las Vegas. When I purchased them, I had been traveling and was retaining fluid from being on an airplane. I specifically asked if they were in perfect condition (never worn), could I exchange them for another size. Yes, if I had the receipt. 2 months later and I am in another state where a Dior is located and they would not let me even exchange the shoes for another size! I have he Dior bag, box, and original receipt. They have been taken out of the box one time! The shoes are still in season and are in their showrooms. I now have a very expensive door stopper because I can’t wear them and I can’t get another size! So crazy!!! I shop at many other boutiques and I never have a problem when I need to exchange or swap for another size which is rare BTW! I will never buy DIOR again because they were also rude and very snobby at the Buckhead location!! Terrible customer service! Gucci has awesome customer service. I had to visit the store when the clasp on the Jumbo GG strap was difficult to open. They exchanged my item and it was so fun shopping at their Phipps location! DIOR looked like a ghost town and their employees had frowns on their faces. Bad shopping experience! Won’t ever buy DIOR again! Go to Gucci instead!

Everything about shopping at Dior was exquisitely perfect. From the customer service agent to the cleanliness of the store and the location was superb! Shopping high end is an amazing experience I think everyone should have, even if you aren't rich.

My husband and I visited the Buckhead location and had an excellent experience. We came in looking for a handbag, and Randy assisted us throughout the process. He was easy to talk to, showed me a variety of handbags, and we eventually found the perfect fit! I have a lot of Dior Beauty, but this was my first handbag, and I will definitely return to Buckhead location for future purchases. Thank you Randy!
