Dior is the best perfume I’ve ever smelled. It’s pricey, but highly recommended.

I usually don’t leave a review but this time I truly feel obligated to let Dior know how awful their products has become. I spent $492 for a perfume that smelled really good, but no one could ever tell that I wore anything unless they sniff my skin, I tried to put a lot more than usual but still unsuccessful. I went back to the store and I talked to the manager, and she gave me a sample of a new perfume. So I took that home and I used it and it was great, the smell was awesome and it stayed on my skin for a good amount of time. Then I went back to the store. I paid even more money and bought the new perfume in a smaller size than the original one. (Amber Nuit Eau De Perfume 8.5 oz $492 was the first one and the second one was Amber Nuit Esprit 2.8 oz $513
After finished that small sample I opened the new perfume -amber nuit Esprit- and I used it and no one could tell i was wearing anything! I was shocked. I used the same sample and everyone was asking what i was wearing! But the same perfume as the sample
in the original box doesn’t smell the same or have the same effect! How? I am so disappointed at Dior because I have been a loyal customer for years, and this had literally never happened! If there was a way to give minus star I would have because it is not easy to make money and spend it on something that you really would love to have and be disappointed this much!

I chose this store to pick up Dior glasses, but I had to wait more than 20 minutes to receive them. The staff definitely needs better training.

Went in to get some coffee cups and to just look around. Denny was friendly and answered all my questions. They had a variety of Maison items available and also had most(if not all) of the book totes available. The team really took care to wrap up the cups/saucers which I was impressed with! I was thinking about not going in because of the bad reviews but thankfully my experience was great.

Sales associates are nice! Cater towards your needs. The only thing is you just have to wait a bit to get in since a lot of people are trying to go in there.

I had a great experience here on two different occasions. I first came in to look at their large book totes and was helped by Gabrielle - she was so kind and welcoming. I didn’t buy the tote the first day but decided to return the next day and purchase the beautiful tote after all. I believe it was a Manager that gift wrapped my tote soooo wonderfully and with so much care - I’m really picky about presentation so I super appreciate my purchase being presented to me in such a beautiful way.

Reading a few reviews validates my experience. I entered this store to authenticate a Dior bag I bought through a third-party seller. What I first noticed upon walking in.

1) Too many associates in one store.

2) There are three dior stores in Beverly Hills. Why not have all the stores together? Makes no sense to me.

3) I wasn't there long to say my interactions were unpleasant, but generally, they attended to me. I did think they were helpless as to what my inquiry was and why I came in.

I do not enjoy going into any luxury or high-end store because they size you up, and all they care about is your wallet so they can make their commission. These associates are not making a truckload of money selling luxury items worth $ 3K to $4K. It's just not realistic to me. So, reading the few reviews I did tells me some associates are not happy where they work. I say find a career and do a job you love because when your heart is not into it, others can see it. Thus, it explains the bad reviews.

Zero star for real!! Salesperson Phyllis was rude, arrogant, disrespectful and had a really bad attitude. If you hate your job then quit already!! I bought these pair of sandals for my Mom's birthday and tried to exchange it for half size bigger but were not able to exchange it for me due to small dots on the bottom. HAHA!! kidding me!! It was not worn even once! I was not even trying to return. Never gonna shop at Dior anywhere! They have terrible corporate structure and culture!!!!! Waste of money and energy.
