I walked into the boutique to ask for the privée perfume collection which they used to have in store and the sales associate was so rude , didn’t even let me finish my sentence and she cut me saying “ we don’t carry beauty products here” but very rudely. Then my husband asked her nicely, where can we find them? She said “I don’t know” while walking away and gave us her back. If she thinks she is better than us just because she works at Dior , she is better than us! So rude! Never walking in there anymore! Awful

Ann is super RUDE!! I’m brown and I feel like she always looks down on me as soon as I walk into the store. I once was looking at a bag literally just looking and she goes like you’re not allowed to touch it! Like excuse me I have shopped with Dior many times at other locations and yes you can touch the bag and check out its space and zippers. But at this point I was just looking! I was like 3-4 feet away from the bag! And this another time I got a bag for my sister from her and my sister wanted to get a different one so we came in to return it and she made us wait for a whole hour so that we just get tired and go home and not return it so our sale commission wouldn’t go down!

Saks 안의 dior에 갔다가 그곳에는 우리가 원하는 것이 없어서 이 매장에 방문 했습니다.
다행이 우리가 원하는 목걸이는 있었지만

Im still surprised this lady is still employed here!!!! Her name is Ann. I’ve shopped various times with Dior and she’s always so rude, awful customer service makes disgusting comments, and extremely racist and I’m talking about racially profiling on the spot. Her commentary is said out loud not caring about who is around her. This cannot be a comfortable environment to even work in, for a person like myself who’s been around luxury retail for a while, I’m surprised a company like Dior still keeps someone who’s like this around it simply doesn’t look good for the brand and isn’t right for the people who shop there as well.

It was my wife's birthday, so we decided to go into Dior. She found a lovely purse that she fell in love with, and our consultant Ann Lee was amazing. Excellent customer service, that I would highly recommend to anyone.

Me and my sister went to Dior shop yesterday to find some earrings for myself. It was the first time that we shop in the store and it was a great experience! The lady who help us, I don’t know her name but she did find the cutest earring I’ve ever had. I was going to get another popular one but it won’t fit me. We felt a little bad since we’re so excited walking around but she didn’t seem to be mad at us. Overall, great place and definitely going to come back again!
