I truely appreciated Olivia who went above and beyond for me. It was a last minute decision to make a purchase as I was passing the store just before close of business. Due to the purchase being for my son, Olivia had to go to the Dior boutique for Men next door which at that time had not opened its doors to the public. She was professional and still took the time to beautifully wrap the gift which was not a high priced item. At no time did she make me feel as if I had inconvenienced her for the small item. As an individual, I do not enjoy shopping as an experience but still prefer meeting with people and viewing an item before purchasing as opposed to online shopping. Highly recommend sales: Doris. She is really the most gentle, warm and sincere sales person I have ever seen in Brisbane, and i can feel it as soon as when I enters the door. Her professionalism makes me like this brand more! And she allowed me to enjoy maximum relaxation and comfort in a pleasant atmosphere, and I was really grateful to her.

Friendly service and very clean store. Some beautiful items on display and I left very happy with my blush pink saddle bag ?They even offered to clean my other previous Dior purchases which was nice.

I’ve been considering purchasing a bag online but decided I should go instore and see it in person in case it’s too small for what I wanted. The security guard, albeit politely, told me that there were no SAs available and that I couldn’t go in even to browse unless I had an appointment or until an SA became available. I told him I’d wait. He did come up again and explained that it wasn’t me or his decision, but that it was store policy (I think I was visibly getting annoyed). He eventually, after further pressing, went to the back of the store and grabbed an SA for me.

I don’t know how to feel about the experience as everyone was rather polite, but not letting customers in is a bit odd. I thought LV was bad when I went there a few weeks ago but it seems to be a common occurrence with luxury stores these days I certainly never experienced this in previous years but I think cost-cutting=less staff members. Definitely makes me hesitant to spend thousands of dollars on their bags when I feel the service doesn’t match the luxury experience though.

I used to shop there for a couple of months for my favorite brand, but I had a bad experience when I ordered a bag from another shop. They messed up my order three times, which was very frustrating, especially since I had already paid in full. All I received in return was a bottle of water and a half-hearted apology. Because of that, I haven’t gone back in years and prefer to shop online to avoid similar experiences.

Aleyna was amazing! I had already had my heart set on the dior montaigne belt so I didn’t need heaps of help with the selection. Aleyna was super helpful letting me figure out my sizing and also let me know when she was packing up the product for me that there was a minor scratch, which she then promptly swapped out for a brand new one. She let me fully inspect and check for any damage to make sure I was completely happy and then wrapped it up beautifully for me.
