It was my first visit to the boutique today and the SA Susanna was just incredible! It seems not every style they have in inventory is out on display. I was looking for a white bag and Susanna painstakingly showed me ample selections in size and styles, answered all my questions and was all patience while I took my time to decide. She went out of her way to oblige me with whatever I assistance I needed and returned my call even after work hours to fix an issue ( not with the bag). Deeply appreciate her for the amazing service- Thank you, Susanna! Wish you all success in life!

BUY ONLINE, DO NOT VISIT THIS BOUTIQUE. This store does not stand behind its products. I purchased the Saddle Card Holder wallet on Mother’s Day and it has completely fallen apart with the side stitching popping and loose threads. I had previously spoken to client services online and they said this falls under the 2 year warranty due to faulty quality. I brought the item into the boutique hoping for a store credit to purchase a different product constructed of only leather to avoid the quality issues with the jacquard fabric. I was met with what I assume is the store manager who took a look at my item and told me how “dirty and used” the item is. Even though I explained to her how I had stopped using the item months ago when I first noticed the popped stitches so to not make it worse. The manager here is extremely rude and left me almost in tears as I walked out of the boutique. I had asked her to compare a new wallet side by side with my item to show that it indeed was not “dirty and used” but she refused. Truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I immediately contacted client services and am hoping for a resolution.

Reading the reviews I see now, I’m not the only one who didn’t feel welcome or valued. MUCH better experience at Celine; I guess I’ll be ordering online moving forward.

Love going to this store. Everyone is very nice and friendly. They all acknowledge us when we enter. Jonny is the best. He doesn’t rush me and always gives me his full attention. Best shopping experience!

Cade is the best gentleman SA in this location, but today he is not here. Dior in highland park go down quickly, today the guy working here acted so rude, acted annoyed and showing big attitude when I ask to trying different sizes of shoes, it’s unacceptable customer service. I will not spend any money until the problem have been fixed.

I actually took my bestie here to pick up her first purse. Compared to other locations, this one wasn’t as friendly and the staff didn’t really know the product lines. We went in with the intention of getting a pink saddle bag mini but walked out with a white one because the sales lady kept saying they don’t come in pink. We needed finding the pink one online. If you want to truly experience Dior, don’t go to this location.
