I recently visited the Dior store in Dubai Mall, and I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by Mr. Yousaf and Ms. Shama. As a loyal customer of Dior, I have always been impressed by the brand's luxurious products and sophisticated designs. However, this visit was truly memorable thanks to the outstanding service I received from Mr. Yousaf and Ms. Shama.

From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with a warm smile by Mr. Yousaf, who promptly offered to assist me with finding the perfect piece of product. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to understand my preferences and make recommendations that exceeded my expectations.

As I was browsing through the collection, Ms. Shama approached me and introduced herself. She was equally friendly and helpful, sharing her expertise on the latest trends and styles. Her enthusiasm was infectious, and I found myself feeling more confident in my choices.

Literally after waiting for nearly 45 minutes for him to bring the right shoes size so I can buy it he literally gave it to me dirty so I said “what’s this?” So he said he will clean it after they cleaned it they noticed that there was a scratches that wouldn’t go, so basically they were about to sell me a dirty shoes that had scratches already (used shoes) if I didn’t speak up! Never going to that branch ever again

Hey, I visited the Dior store in the Dubai Mall, Galeries Lafayette, and I did not expect this bad treatment and lack of respect from the employee and the way he spoke. He was an Arab young man named Musa. His behavior in words was as if I was a person who did not want to buy. He told me, “Come, you will not come every day,” meaning that you will not buy. Unfortunately, I was shocked by this. He said to me that I was joking. Is this a way to deal with your customers? Unfortunately, I could not believe that I was in Dior, knowing the Dior luxury brand. It was the worst experience visiting this store and I will not repeat it. When I decided to leave the store, I told him there is a way to deal with people. He also ignored me as if I was not there. Very unfortunate
