The worst experience I had for Dior. When we stepped in where we observed there were more staff standing there than customers in the store. The SA seems to be helpful and even offered to bring us over to another store for menswear

Wanted to check out some earrings and bags before heading over. When asked for the different earrings options, she doesn't seem interested at all and attitude was bad. While another guy sales person serving another group of customers who's obviously a lot more helpful though the group is also looking at earrings!

An amazing in-store experience! I went with my girlfriend so she could try on Dior dresses for the first time in her life (it's one of her favourite brands) and the Dior personnel came up with multiple fits for her to try, matching her persona and tastes. Even though we didn't purchase anything (this time) we still received a beautiful bad with their new catalogue and even restaurant recommendations for the rest of our trip.
Magical experience, golden standard for the fashion industry, thanks a lot!

Desidero condividere la mia recente esperienza negativa vissuta nel vostro punto vendita, in merito all'acquisto di una borsa Dior. Sono rimasta profondamente delusa dal comportamento del personale e dalle discrepanze nelle procedure di registrazione degli acquisti.
Durante il mio acquisto, ho manifestato l'intenzione di registrare l'oggetto tramite un account esistente, a nome di un'altra persona. Tuttavia, la commessa mi ha negato questa possibilità, affermando che fosse necessario creare un nuovo account a mio nome per procedere al pagamento, utilizzando la mia carta. In passato, ho effettuato acquisti simili senza alcun problema e la registrazione a nome di terzi era stata accettata senza contestazioni.
Quando ho segnalato la disparità di trattamento rispetto ad esperienze precedenti e ho espresso la mia sorpresa e frustrazione, la commessa ha chiamato la manager. Quest'ultima, sebbene comprensiva, non ha saputo fornire una spiegazione chiara e convincente riguardo alle regole adottate in negozio, che a questo punto sembrano incoerenti e poco professionali.
In aggiunta, ho avvertito una certa distanza nei confronti del personale, che ha parso giudicare il mio acquisto e la mia provenienza, come se vi fosse una discriminazione nei confronti dei clienti stranieri. Un comportamento particolarmente inappropriato è stato osservato durante la digitazione del PIN durante il pagamento, dove l'addetta ha osservato in modo invadente, rendendo l'atmosfera scomoda e poco rispettosa.
Infine, risulta paradossale che, sebbene sia impossibile registrare l'acquisto a nome di un'altra persona con pagamento tramite carta, lo stesso acquisto possa essere registrato a nome di terzi quando si utilizza denaro contante.
Questa esperienza ha influito negativamente sulla mia impressione riguardo il vostro marchio, che stimo molto. Spero che queste segnalazioni possano essere utili per migliorare la qualità del servizio al cliente e per assicurare che tutti i clienti, indipendentemente dalla loro origine, ricevono un trattamento corretto e rispettoso. Fantastic experience! Claudia made me feel very welcome and offered to bring out other styles when I could not decide on an item. She has been there for 10 years and shows great knowledge in the products, do look for her when you’re there!

雖然店員都是臭跩樣，但至少買到我的mini tote，個人建議如果不想花錢找罪受就盡量不要踏進佛羅倫薩這間店，去米蘭艾曼紐二世迴廊 Galleria Vittorio EmanueleIl裡的Dior會比較舒服
