An Exceptional Experience at Dior Fragrance & Beauty Boutique, Select City Walk - Thanks to Prerna Singh

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a bottle of the iconic Oud Ispahan fragrance from Dior's boutique at Select City Walk in Saket, Delhi. The experience was made exceptionally memorable by Prerna Singh. Not only was she courteous and proactive, but she also went above and beyond by arranging for the bottle to be engraved—a truly special touch.

The fragrance was dispatched promptly via Blue Dart and arrived in the signature Dior packaging, complete with samples from Dior's Privé Collection. Prerna's attention to detail and proactive service elevated the entire experience.

I would highly recommend the Dior Privé Fragrance lines, especially when served by someone as dedicated as Prerna. Kudos to her and her manager for assembling such an impressive team. I look forward to my next purchase.

I recently purchased 1 foundation ( Dior forever matte 2WO) and a cushion powder compact ( light ). I was shopping from Calcutta although the store is in Delhi . The SA Maria helped me with shade selection over video call and let me tell you shade match was perfect. The package arrived in two days . Unfortunately the shade of lipstick that I selected ( forever matte velvet in 300) was out of stock . She was kind enough to add three 1 ml perfume sample.
The package arrived in a navy blue dior box . Enough cushioning was done inside to protect the products with bubble wrap . There were no delivery charges. Overall unboxing experience was nice.

Product selection was nice .

My home shopping experience with Chanel was never nice they refuse to share swatches of products and the SA were mostly arrogant.

Although with Dior my experience was great . They were kind enough to show me everything and give me a virtual tour of the store . Provided me with swatches of whatever I requested.

I would shop again and again from Dior store, just for the experience.

Dior boutique is a favourite and a must visit in Saket Select City Mail for me. Amazing staff especially make artist / MUA Ashish is super kind and super duper talented. He can create magic with his brushes and his recommendations are absolutely spot on! His craft is excellent and you must take his advice while matching foundations, picking up lipsticks or eye shadows! Best part he will recommend what suits u the best! Very authentic and a kind person!

The one and only person who is the reason I’m dragged to that store is Ashish Gupta!! That guy got my skin care routine a great update, gave me a huge tutorial for my makeup, helped me with my routine and my makeup routine as well. Always was available to help and was anytime available to help. If you’re going to Dior in Select CityWalk and planning to go to Dior, first person to ask for is Ashish Gupta! He’s gonna be your GO TO Guy! And trust me, he’s THE GO TO GUY!!
