Nachdem ich schon sehr oft in der Dior Boutique war und ausnahmslos toll bedient wurde, wird es nun mal Zeit für eine gute Bewertung. Im Vergleich zu allen anderen Designern ist der Service sehr persönlich, freundlich und zuvorkommend und das auch noch lange nach dem Kauf. So soll es sein bei derartigen Preisen. Ich fühle mich sehr wohl und werde weiterhin dort einkaufen!

Hatte gestern (03.06.2024 gegen 19 Uhr) etwas gekauft. Die Beratung war Top. Ich hätte erwartet, dass der Türsteher wenigstens vorher freundlich grüßt, ob der Kunde bitte kurz warten könnte und danach die Tür schließt - aber stattdessen wurde mir die Glastür hauchdünn vor die Nase (gefühlt) geschlagen - unhöflich. Dadurch hinterlässt der Besuch insgesamt einen unangenehmen Nachgeschmack.

Beautiful store, feels like small palace. Worth to enter. Lovely stuff (security person was keeping one child busy while one customer was shopping). Sales assistant was supportive, gave professional consultation and advice, don‘t be annoyed, it‘s their job 🙂 Ladys, if you consider to buy Lady Dior bags, better to go to check them at the store instead of ordering online, be sure they fulfill your needs, for example, they are beautiful for me, but not so comfortable, kind of small and narrow open. But I saw many other nice accessories which I liked, many models or colors soon out of stock so it‘s difficult to catch as brand is very trendy. No appointment needed. Thank you for the nice experience. Will wait until my favorite sandals of certain color is back in stock or will check new collection.

1 star for sure - mismanaged order, extremely poor customer service and zero response from Dior management.

My husband and I wasted our holiday time driving to the city center and waiting for the staff to look for the bag, which was never delivered or reserved for me (despite email and WhatsApp confirmations received from Jennifer Hüther from the Frankfurt boutique).

I never received an apology from Jennifer (who was not in the boutique on the day of my visit and has never reached out to me afterward) or from Dior Management (to whom I sent an email with details). I only received a call from someone at the London boutique, who just wanted to inform me that they have a bag and wanted to offer a perfume as a gift, as my email was forwarded to them.

Below are the details of my experience:

Since the item was not originally in stock at the Frankfurt boutique, I requested it be transferred from the Berlin boutique for collection on 28.09.24. As a UK resident, I intended to make the purchase tax-free.

My husband and I travelled from Switzerland, and we planned our flight from Frankfurt specifically for this purchase, which was also intended as an anniversary present. However, when I arrived at the boutique on September 28, the staff presented me with the wrong bag – a small 30 Montaigne beige instead of the 30 Montaigne Latte I had a confirmation for.
I showed them the email confirmation for the correct item. After waiting for 30 minutes while the staff tried to locate the right bag and contact Jennifer (who did not respond), I was informed that the bag had never arrived at the boutique, despite Jennifer’s confirmation to the contrary.
Communication with Jennifer had been problematic from the outset. Even after I provided the item number and a photo, she initially reserved the wrong bag, which I quickly corrected. She later sent an email confirming the correct item reservation. Later, she confirmed that the bag arrived at the boutique and was reserved for me until September 30 (which was not the case, unfortunately).

Ich war am 09.08. dort, Frau Schindler hat mich direkt sehr freundlich, geduldig und herzlich beraten. Meine Celine-Tüte vom vorherigen Einkauf musste ich direkt beim Eintreten am Eingang abgeben, diese hat der Herr der Security sicher verschlossen, bis ich gegangen bin. Ich musste schmunzeln, aber das war völlig okay für mich. Das Ambiente des Stores ist wunderschön, ich war relativ lange dort.
