I want to share that this is my first time in Hawaii, and on a whim, we decided to explore the shopping strip. We had a fantastic experience with Lilo Li, a sales specialist at Dior, who was truly exceptional! My partner and I were warmly welcomed, and I was able to try on the item I initially came for. Lilo demonstrated incredible patience as I tried on two different sizes of the Dway Slides, assisting me all the way through to my purchase. My experience at this store was wonderful, thanks to such an outstanding sales specialist! I would highly recommend shopping at this Dior—10/10!

We had a wonderful shopping experience at this Dior location. I’ve shopped at Dior in Europe and California and this location is by far the most exceptional service.
Mai the SA was very patient and helpful with our purchase. We last minute requested to use a different card but the system had some issues,she tried to fix it but couldn’t that day, she went above and beyond and even texted us on her day off the next day to let us know to come back so they can switch it.
The lady we met Lin (I think was her name) I wasn’t sure if she was the manager. She was very helpful and has outstanding customer service as well. We appreciate both of them. Mahalo. 🙂

난 여기서 정말 끔찍한 경험을 했다. 와이프 가방을 사고 그 자리에서 가방 컨디션을 확인하지 않고 한국에 와서 그대로 와이프에게 선물을 했다. 가방을 열었더니 사진처럼 중고 가방을 넣어서 준것이다. 이게 세계적인 메이커 디올에서 중고 가방을 처리 하는 방식이다. 나에게 가방을 판 스텔* 난 당신의 웃음을 매우 좋게 보고 샤넬에서 디올로 결정을 했는데 당신은 나에게 이렇게 뒤통수를 쳤다. 당신이 나에게 분명 한국에서 컨디션을 확인하고 이상이 있다면 한국에서 교환이 가능하다고 했지만 한국에서는 무상 수선을 해준다고 한다. 이게 말이 되는 일인가? 난 한국 디올과 한달 반을 싸워서 소비자 보호원을 통해 제조사 과실 판정을 받고 교환을 받기로 했다. 나는 다시는 디올은 처다도 안볼꺼고 25년에 다시 하와이를 방문할 예정이다. 그때 정중한 항의를 할것이다.
여러분 여기서 무언가를 구매한다면 반드시 문을 나가기 전에 상자를 열어서 문제가 없는지 확인을 해보고 나가고 눈앞에서 포장을 하라고 하세요.

I had a really terrible experience here. I bought my wife's bag and gave it to her as a gift when I came to Korea without checking the condition of the bag on the spot. When I opened the bag, they gave me a used bag like in the picture. This is how the world-renowned maker Dior handles used bags. Stella, who sold me the bag* I liked your smile so much that I decided to go from Chanel to Dior, but you beat me up like this. You clearly told me that you can check the condition in Korea and exchange it in Korea if there is a problem, but Korea says they will repair it for free. Does this make sense? After fighting with Dior Korea for a month and a half, I decided to receive an exchange after finding the manufacturer was at fault through the Consumer Protection Agency. I will never go to Dior again and plan to visit Hawaii again in 2025. At that time, I will make a polite complaint.
If you buy something here, be sure to open the box to make sure there are no problems before you leave the door, and have them pack it right in front of you.

Wasn’t greeted by anyone when I walked into the store so walked up to the nearest employee who was on a laptop. I think she was the store manager but am not sure (middle aged lady with long black hair, spoke mandarin). She didn’t even bother to look up from her laptop and just called a sales associate over to help without saying something like “I’m occupied at the moment but x associate will help you shortly” - if this was McDonald’s that’s acceptable but not at a luxury store. It was as if we weren’t worth her time.

The associate that helped me with my purse purchase was kind and helpful so 4 stars for her, 0 for the other employee. Saw her kissing up to two other parties afterwards so I’m not sure what her deal was with us. Learn to treat all your customers with respect and the same level of hospitality.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE From SunJun At Hawai Ala Moana Center Mall!!! Let Me Explain. When I Tell You I Tried Every Dior Store In The United States For My Birthday Sneakers And Cannot Find Them. I Was So Sad And Discourage. So I Looked Online And Seen That The Store All The Way In Hawai Had It, I Was Ecstatic! I Contacted Them To See If There Was Anything They Can Do For Me, For My Birthday Was Approaching. That's When I Met Sunjun :). He Was Everything I Can Ask For And More From A Sales Personnel. He Was Friendly, Courteous , and Customer Service Savvy. He Completed My Order & With Him Being In Hawai And Me Being In Orlando. Got My Shipment 3 Days Later!!!!!!!!!! I Couldnt Be More Happier With My Sneakers And My Gift...... He Snuck That In There lol. THANK YOU SUNJUN YOUR THE BEST! Cant Wait To Come To Hawaii To Meet You.
