I had second thoughts about visiting the outlet after reading the negative reviews in here.. but I got a great SA and she made my experience a memorable one.

She bothered to explain the story behind each piece of item in store and even talked about the architecture of the design of the place, and connected the brand to art, rather than just a product manufacturer.

Basement is the men’s section with bags, shoes, wallets, etc. Level 1 is women’s bags and latest releases, including art pieces. Level 2 is women’s section.

Of course, I bought something in the end but it was because she made it nice for me and I’d definitely be back in a heartbeat.

Also, if you’re looking to just window shop and go in for a “free” experience, don’t expect a 100% service compared to other customers who are looking to really spend and get something. This is because brands cater for service and dedication, so from the start to the end.. there’s only 1 staff attending to 1 customer.

If you go in and take up a staff member where people take time and attention for you, but your intention is just to see only, then the advice is don’t go.

Big brands especially aren’t the zoo. You don’t just walk in and walk out after looking at the exhibits. Even the zoo ask you to pay for admission and charge you sky high for food and drinks.

Last but not least, visit the boutique with an intention. If you have something in mind and let the SA know, it helps them to serve you better because it gives them an idea of your personal preference. If you go in and have no idea, it’s not wrong, but majority of the customers know what they want and what is out there.

I reserved a special collection of lady dior in advance and flew 13 hours to Japan in order to pick it up. I walked in the store told them my name and they were super confused. Then I saw the bag and it was scratched. They said all bags might have some scratches because of the chain, then I asked to see other bags, and those bags didn’t have any scratches at all. Then they proceeded saying maybe I should bring it back to other Dior to get it fixed because they can get it fixed in Japan, but it will take 3 weeks and since I’m not staying here for that long they start blaming me and said nothing they can do. I waited forever for them to come up with solutions. It looks like they’re dealing with this for the first time and not taking any responsibility.

Impeccable service and interesting, and very complete inventory. I got a few things. Everybody was super helpful, especially Ayame Yagito. She texts and uses whatsup to connect, and went extra mile to get for me something in size medium that they did not have in store. Thank you Ayame. Amazing experience
