This store has some major operational inefficiencies, I stupidly waited 45 mins to check out merchandise recently. While in line, they asked me what I wanted to look at, and I told them I had been waiting a while and that I wanted to see different items. When I finally got in to look at sale shoes, the SA brought only one shoe out, not even the pair. They were not friendly, and complacent, and totally disinterested in being there. Truly think there are ways to improve service at this location.

Very spacious and neat new store which has both women and mens wear collections. It’s my first visit to Dior to check out the new released collection, and see some of the styles I like. Was greeted by Jasmine and served well. She is able to make recommendation and patience to help me find my shoe size and desired handbag. I am happy with my purchases. Will patronize the store again.

I visited this store on 9.2.24 around 2pm dressed in my Dior slides and Dior tote and was greeted with a smile. However that quickly changed. I had bought a pair of $700 Dior glasses earlier this year and after just a couple of wears, a screw came out and the arm would detach from of the base of the glasses. I started to explain this to the attendant and before I could finish my sentence she cut me off and said “let me stop you right there. We don’t do repairs.” Now I knew this would probably be the answer but I had already been to multiple locations with no luck and no help. And if any of the attendants had been even a LITTLE bit helpful, I probably would have just looked around the store and bought something else. But it’s literally the cutting off, lack of assistance, and being written off that caused me to consider never shopping at Dior again. Luckily, my husband convinced me to try just one more time, so we walked down to Saks in the exact same mall where they had a small Dior boutique and those ladies treated me so well and with kindness. They quickly checked behind the store to see if there was a screw that could repair my glasses and did it for free in 5 mins. Moral of the story, don’t shop at this location. Go down to the Dior in Saks and get WAY better service.

I agree with other prior reviews about customer service. Honestly terrible service & don’t feel like luxury shopping at all. I purchased my first Dior bag from here & was greeted by a helpful SA. A few months later I came back to look at accessories. Zero greetings. No one came to us to ask if we need help. Many employees walked by us without even saying a thing… Feels very cheap in this particular store. Dior in River Oaks has better customer service. Please go there instead of this location!

On June 6, 2024, I shopped at your store with your sales associate Brandon. One of the items I purchased was a pair of sunglasses, which turned out to be used. The sales consultant put this used, stretched-out, and dirty pair of sunglasses in my shopping bag without asking me if I wanted it, as if it were a new product. I realized this when I got home and informed him of the situation via message that evening. In his first message, he insisted that the sunglasses were new and refused my request for an exchange. After a second message, he agreed to the exchange and asked me to bring the sunglasses back. I brought the sunglasses to your store on Friday, and on Monday, the same sunglasses were returned to my address, cleaned. I do not want a used pair of sunglasses that is too wide for my head. I requested an unused pair of the same sunglasses and the store told me to travel 36 miles all the way to galleria to order a new pair & travel another 36 miles back home. I cannot believe that this is Dior's sales policy. I spent $16,000 at Dior in the last year so this experience was very disappointing.

This Wednesday I went to buy a bag at Dior and some black guys attacked my friend and I and stole our bags. We called the police and the Galleri security did nothing. Seriously, be careful and if you can, be armed and don't hesitate to shoot this scum of thieves has to disappear

I was honestly looking forward to purchasing an item from here. When I got there ONLY the door man greeted me. I looked around standing at the table and no one asked if everything was okay, was I interested for something or anything. The staff would just look at you and immediately go to someone that “look” like they can afford something. Meanwhile it could be millionaires that’s not dressed up and you may never know. I went right over to YSL, had a lot of smiles, greetings from the staff there and made a purchase I was interested in. The manager needs to get their staff better training, this will make the brand look horrible.
