I visited the Dior store here while in Vegas and was blown away by the kindness and service of the team members there. Lili is an incredible sales members who shared all about the history and inspirations behind many of the iconic designs that I had no idea about and saw so much of the heat and soul that Dior stands by. I could tell immediately her passion for the brand and quality of the products and it was such a joy to learn from her. One of the managers who was also in conversation with us went above and beyond by giving me a little gift bag which truly made my day. I look forward to coming back to the store when I’m back in town and purchasing some amazing pieces in the future. Thanks again!!

Awful experience. I purchased the Dior book tote from a boutique in New York, and within a year the colour along the edges faded. I now live in India , and was told by the boutique in New Delhi that this could only be addressed by a US boutique as it was purchased there. So I emailed Dior customer relations pictures of the handbag and was told this is a manufacturing defect, and then connected me with the San Francisco boutique to proceed with an exchange via mail. As my brother was traveling to vegas, he went to this store to exchange the handbag , figuring it would be easier to do it in person , rather than via mail. Also I had emailed Dior customer relations regarding this , and they assured me it would be taken care of. At the store , the salesman told my brother he would take it up with his superior , and he had heard of this issue occurring in other book totes as well. He asked my brother to leave the handbag at the store , and after discussion with his superior, a new handbag would be shipped. After a few days , I heard that they had deemed the colour change in the handbag was due to “manipulation” and said nothing could be done about it.

Very frustrating experience, not expected from Dior ! First, an expensive handbag that has become a different colour in parts. And then inconsistent communication from Dior and most importantly , refusal to acknowledge and address manufacturing defect. Also I have a patent leather Dior handbag that has also become a different colour , just that it’s more than 5 years old so nothing can be done about it.

This place absolutely lives up to the hype!. First thing you need to do when walking in the store is ask for (Leo). He was absolutely phenomenal. I told him it was my birthday and he went above and beyond to make my day special and have a fantastic shopping experience with my two best friends . He could have easily went after the commission but instead really catered to my style. Make sure and ask about the hidden closet of gems ;).

Don’t shop here!! And if you do, make sure to check your purchase before leaving the store! This was my first purchase ever with Dior and my last. I was sold a display pair of shoes without knowing and when I went to exchange them for a different color, they wouldn’t take them back because they said they looked worn! I never took them out of the box! One shoe is perfect, and the other shoe was clearly the floor sample! I grabbed the other floor samples in the store and looked at the bottoms and they look just how mine does! Their customer service is awful. I ended up leaving the shoes in the store and will have the purchase reversed on my credit card. I went in there with the intent of exchanging colors and purchasing a hat. They lost both a sale and a customer for life.

What an experience!! I have been wanting a Dior Maxi Gallop backpack for a while and I finally got the one I love. Shaunna was absolutely wonderful and patient with me as I got to try a bunch of options out. I live in Nashville and the box was too big to take on the flight with me, so Shaunna literally shipped all the lux packaging so I could have it when I arrived home. I got to take the backpack with me still too! She was so accommodating and kept the champagne coming. I will now ONLY be shopping with Shauna when buying my future Dior pieces! ?

Towards the end we got to meet the men’s manager, Tatiana too! Such a sweetheart! So excited to come back for my birthday and get another saddle bag! ?

Terrible service, no follow up, the customer service line is useless and cannot find my order. Not one person in this store or corporate office is helpful in finding my order and no one seems to care. My recommendation - do not purchase Dior products because you will not be happy with their service or the product they deliver.

I had such a beautiful experience in this store. I believe Ayden is the woman who helped me. She was incredibly attentive and helped me find exactly what I wanted. I'll definitely be asking for her next time I make a visit.
