My husband and I had a memorable experience here at the Melbourne Dior and that would be because of Hazel, it was New Year’s Eve and my husband and I wanted to spoil eachother with a new gift to start the year, initially I was going to goto bottega veneta and look for something I’ve been eyeing for, I had the most horrible experience there. And I told my husband let’s go Dior and that’s when we ran into Hazel, she made my bad experience go away and was very lovely as she had the biggest smile on her face and wanted to assist us, her personality is what made me feel comfortable as it was all genuine, everything she was selling to me I wanted to buy it all. My husband and I told her we recently got married and are celebrating our New Year’s together at the city and she called for a celebration and offered us champagne glasses which felt amazing and truely was an experience that I wouldn’t forget. Every time someone now asks me about the bag I bought in Dior I’ll always mention hazel’s service and the experience she gave me and my husband. Hazel went through a lot of effort to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and showed me many different colours I wanted and what would suit me which made me open minded and her service felt genuine. A big thank you to Hazel! Will definitely be coming back when I’m in the city :))

Beautiful experience in this Dior store with Amber, who is so lovely, helpful and considerate! All staff are friendly and nice. The store has a variety of stocks, and the setting make me feel romantic French vibe. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience with Van today, she's so helpful and very patient. I've been going to Dior for a while now and she's always been my associate, no pressure selling or showing of products you're not interested in. Make sure you ask for her when booking an appointment.

Lovely experience in the Collins St store last Friday. Served By Emily. I purchased the Saddle Bag in White. She helped me decide on which color/leather etc. She brought out quite a few to show me. She wasn't pushy. Very polite and professional. Offered me a drink but I was in a hurry. Very happy with the white. I'll be back soon to get the strap ? Had no issues with the Security guy at the door. He was very friendly & welcoming ?
