Amazing boutique!!! Clint González was an incredible help to me! I had purchased a ring not from this boutique and brought it in for repair, and when I went to pick up the item he complemented me on my jewelry even though it was from other brands! Okay, it’s weekend I was waiting in line for about 20 minutes, the bag I wanted to buy was sold out i guess, but a male salesperson directly expressed his impatience and gave me a glare. Here's Dior, he didn't recommend me anything else, I'm still waiting a minute to see if there is anything else to recommend. I was thinking to buy some accessories but I was very dissatisfied with his attitude, so I went directly to other brands.

Luxury shopping can be a hit or miss depending on your store associate. Due to the pandemic, there is a limit on how many can be inside the store at a time so expect to wait to get in. I was fortunate to have a nice and patient SA named Andy. He was patient and helpful with all my questions regarding my purchase. It was a pleasant experience.

I love Dior and its products, but I completely agree with many reviews. terrible customer service. a lot of people work, but only one serves. others stand to communicate or imitate work. already several times observed such a picture. communicate in Chinese. that's why I began to teach him and understand a lot. it makes it even more unpleasant. I bought today sandals that are sold out everywhere. at first the seller said they weren't: then she said that someone had already bought them. then when I said that I called the hot line costumer service, they were found. didn't even apologize. quickly packed the shoes and gave the package.
