The whole shopping experience in this store is unpleasant, the sales associate was extremely rude to me when he asked who paid for a pair of shoes that me and my husband just bought from another store, then I replied to him my husband paid, the sales associate said thanks good he looks good if not Ill suggest you someone else, this is very unprofessional and disrespectful, horrible customer service that makes you want to leave and never step foot in there again. I know his sarcastic comment was trying to convenience me to purchase the bag I was looking at, but there are other ways to persuade the customers without being disrespectful. I almost buy the bag but after his comment I just left. Either order online or go elsewhere to avoid disappointment. Be very careful with your staff this type of behavior at this high end store is unacceptable.

I bought a pair of sneakers and they cause so much pain while walking. Bright to return them within 30 days window. They don’t take them claiming there was rubber damage. Which is exactly how I purchased them.

Absolutely worth experience with this Dior location.
I was there a week ago with my friends. We were exploring collections and a sales specialist ( Karina) approached us and asked to move. It was rude but I didn’t want to make a problem of it. I ended up buying with her sunglasses and a leather hat. The hat wasn’t in a good condition and she offered to send me by mail the new one because they didn’t have my size. I personally asked her ( karina pescarini) to check a condition of the hat before sending it to me. Today I got the package and the hat came dirty and full of scratches. I got very disappointed. Dior should be about luxury experience and superior quality.

Dior - you should pay more attention who you hire otherwise you will loose your business.

I am going to contact the head office of Dior in the USA and bring attention to this.

This place met my expectations. Beautiful photo zones, delicious coffee, great dissertations, and excellent service.

By the way, the cafe is located on the third floor of the main store. For some time, we could not figure out where it is, because Google Maps showed the same place as the store.

At the entrance, we were met and followed to the elevator. When we went up to the third floor, they met us near the elevator and led us to the table, and served the menu.

While they brought us coffee and desserts, we took pictures at photo areas. There are several of them, but also there are lines. Be prepared to wait a while.

As for prices, I believe that they are overpriced, especially for coffee. BUT, people go to this place, not for coffee and desserts, but photos. So enjoy it.
