We booked a hourly stay from 6AM to 6 PM. The room service and staff has been amazing and very supportive. The perk is of the location which is very near to airport and has very nice connectivity of local markets as well. It's a amazing stay..must try!

Have been visiting Dior Chicago and decided to shop at Dior Delhi to pick up a scarf. The experience was horrible. The point of sales associate is to make your experience easier and informative. The associate in Dior Delhi was as uninformed as it could. I asked her the composition of the scarf and she replied: can u read it on the tag on your own?!! I mean Why be there when u don’t know anything?! She wasn’t even willing to make a sale.

@dior hire better people who know what it means to be a sales associate.

Least bothered staff, they promise to deliver on time but delays later after the payment, not sure about their own policies and no work ethics. Very bad experience, spending 1.5lacs and not getting proper information. They show no interest in clients. Mr.Karan was assisting me he didn't pass correct information about the delivery, even after mentioning 1000times it's a gift to someone they sent a receipt along. Dude have some common sense, you sending bills in gifts? Horrible Experience!!

What Dior was in the oberois , 2009 and what it is at emporio …..North Pole - South Pole !!! Soggy personnel , not groomed well and an extremely reluctant team. Also , even if the store is empty , the bouncer decides whether to permit you to enter or not …..a cash spending client wouldn’t tolerate this
So my advice , travel to Dubai , Paris or London …..but DO NOT VISIT DIOR @ EMPORIO

The collection and products are fine, but the staff is here is really clueless on style and fashion. Their sole moot is to just sell, they don’t want to take time getting to know the customer or their styles and preferences, they solely want to shove products in a very imposing manner just to make sales. I am avid shopper with an extensive wardrobe, but anyone assisting me wasn’t patient to listen to what I want. They have no regard for my styles or preferences, they just want to sell you the next trendy thing. I was very annoyed in this store at they made me try outfits, I told them I had no use for them, but their ears were not functioning. Moreover, the sales staff is so imposing, and rude and judgemental. The first time I went to the store, I was coming from office hence wasn’t dressed in a necessarily chic manner, the staff would reluctantly wait on me and assist me, making it seem like as if assisting me would be a waste of their time. I seriously recommend just order you stuff online or send a person to pick up anything you want, because the staff is abysmal, rude and deaf to your needs. They are destitute to any sense of sales or fashion.

The store had me wait in a queue of 1 person for 30 minutes and not let anyone in. I tried to ask what is causing the delay but the doorman did not speak any English . The other staff said there was only one sales rep available for the entire store.

Terrible experience. Would never buy anything here.
