Je suis allé dans cette boutique pour offrir un cadeau à mon fils , les vendeuses qui ne pourraient même pas s’acheter un sac vous regarde de haut , très désagréable absolument pas faites pour le commerce et encore moins pour représenter une si grande enseigne française !!!
Allez plutôt au magasin qui se trouve dans la galerie du Edge Hudson street la vous avez un vrai service sympathique digne de ce nom !

This store is full of clowns, including a few of the sales associates. Buy Dior from somewhere else.

I purchased a suit here and had to get it adjusted 3 times because it was so bad. It wasn't even close to a good fit. The final time, I waited nearly an hour for the tailor, who grumpily stormed in looking like Grumpy from Snow White. He clearly wanted to go home, and wouldn't allow me to take off my chunky sweater before measuring the suit jacket. He measured me so haphazardly and so rough, with zero precision or care, and it felt like he was stabbing my ribs with chalk without aiming. He and the sales associate were both extremely rude and condescending, asking me five times where I bought the suit and not believing me, asking which fool altered it so poorly (it was your coworker), inspecting the tag closely many times as if it's a counterfeit. How about you stop asking me and look in your system? I paid over $4,000 for the suit, to be treated poorly by some clowns who made it obvious they didn't want to be at work that day. When I finally picked up the suit, the clown of a cashier threw it on the counter for me to pick up.

Right then two people entered dressed like rappers with diamond chains and watches. The cashier and tailor both changed their tune and were extremely kind to these people.

I eventually took my suit to Dior in Soho and explained. The tailor was shocked at how bad the fit was. She measured parts of the suit that I didn't even know existed, because the ridiculous tailors at the 57th St location didn't do their job.

I seriously regret allowing the unprofessional amateurs at this location to touch my suit. I'm still in utter shock at the treatment.

Dior is my favorite perfume brand. This store has everything you need from Dior. Cloths, jackets, wallet, you name it.

If you want to see the best decor as well, go around Nov and December. They take special care to make it astheticllay pleasing.
