So much fun!!! Our reviews had over 37 million views last year and this is one of our favs. We do not get paid we just love to eat and have fun. We really love Dior. SHE LOVES THIS STORE. THE STAFF IS AWESOME. SEE PHOTO OF THE BEST SALES LADY IN NYC. WE GOT THERE THE DAY AFTER ALL THE NEW BAGS CAME IN AND SHE WAS ABLE TO GET ONE THAT SHE JUST LOVED. WE WILL BE BACK SOON TO GET MORE. THIS WAS A GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIANCE. FIRST CLASS AND VERY FRIENDLY. LOVED IT. Check out all of our reviews. Below average experience with the staff at this Dior location. The sales associates lacked knowledge of their own bags and heritage (SA with long black hair) and were disinterested (older SA with blonde hair). The only positive was the third staff member who saw me and enthusiastically offered me water, which the two previous SAs had not. I would not recommend shopping here.

Maria is such an excellent sales rep! She took care of us the moment we walked in. She introduced me to a beautiful bag and her favorite perfume, which quickly became my favorite, and I did not hesitate to purchase both. Maria even went as far as giving me last year’s holiday wrapping since the one for this year wasn’t available yet. I was dying for the holiday wrapping and pretty much only made a purchase because of it. I appreciate you, Maria!

The store itself is also beautiful and spacious. The interior is intricately set up with a beautiful window display.

I went Saturday for one pear of shoes
Oshin was take care off me and she was really nice and really helpful, unfortunately the color I was like didn’t was there but already Wednesday the shoes was delivered in my house .
I really recommend to go there and I will back ,everything was perfect in my opinion

Very disappointed with Dior this time. I’m from out of state, and I spend over 5k on a dior bag here, only to found out later when I got home that the bag seems to be USED. I emphasized to my sales rep (Maria I think) multiple times if the bag is new when I was purchasing it, and she told me yes and that it’s the only one they have left. Well, a day later, I contacted her when I found the color of the thread on the top of the bag seems to be a whiter color than the originally black one, and she asked if I would like to go exchange for another one. I told her yes since I would be coming back to NY for some business (she knows that I’m from out of state, maybe did it on purpose thinking it would be troublesome for me to come back lol), and that she would RESERVE A NEW BAG FOR ME. Okay, so literally yesterday you just told me that the one I bought is the only one left and now you’re telling me there’s another one?
Anyways, when I went into the store, she told me to look for the manager for the exchange. The manager (Amanda), seems really impatient and has a bad attitude (sorry not sorry I’m not spending more $$ with u guys). The new bag actually still has foam wraps around the handle and the straps, and I realize that the one I purchased before didn’t. Amanda just quickly showed us the new bag, took the old one and that was it. No explanation or anything. I spend over 5k on a USED bag, and got no explanation for it. Should be thankful I didn’t demand an explanation from them in the shop, but thinking back I should’ve just gotten a refund and shop somewhere else from how I was being discriminated. Never again.

Horrible service and they do not stand behind their products. Tried to bring in 3 vintage bags for repair and they sent me to a cobbler down the street saying Dior no longer services bags purchased prior to 2018. I will be spending my money at Chanel instead.
