My buddy Carlos told me this was a great place to shop for Christmas presents. The prices were a bit too high for me personally but it seemed like some really nice stuff. I hope all these fantastic products find nice owners who can afford such a luxury.

The Dior bag I got the thread came off just barely after two weeks using and the usage wasn’t even daily! They refused to do a refund even it was faulty! The policy was 30 days but they wouldn’t wanna refund and the gold hardware is tarnishing as well! I never had problems with Chanel or even LV and never will buy any Dior bags and hated their service

Nordstrom is the premier department store. You can always find something high quality and beautiful. You do pay for what you get though.

Waiting on the line fro 35 minutes to check out. Only one two cashiers and they are very slow on checking out. No one is in the store to help to find the item in the back store. Ver big store but only two employees working in the store.

The customer service could be improved. The employees are rude and dismissive. Please take your business and your money elsewhere particularly if you're aren't ahem the "right shade" if you catch my drift.
