Everyone in the store was so nice and friendly. Especially Sven, he was so kind and patient with me. He did everything to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my choice. Small Dior Jolie top handle bag with special design on the strap, combined with calfskin was my final choice in the store. Recommend come with Sven when you come to the store.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience recently, all thanks to the exceptional service provided by Smaira Bryce and her team. We were on the lookout for a specific bag from the spring collection, which was quite hard to find. Upon visiting the store, we were immediately greeted by Smaira, who was not only warm and welcoming but also impressively knowledgeable about their products.

I needed a new wallet and looked around for a few weeks at designer shops to find a wallet that would fit my needs. The entrance of Dior was a bit unwelcoming with the velvet roped off entrance, but maybe they recently had a security incident, so no big deal!

Tom was and is probably the best customer focused retail employee I have ever met. He was friendly, helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable, and generous. He took the time to show me every man’s wallet in Dior. I selected one with a classic gray calves skin CD Diamond canvas inspired by Dior House archives. The wallet is exactly what I was looking for, comfortable, stylish, and able to hold the number of credit cards I will carry.

Now back to Tom, he offered me, my spouse, and my son a beverage which was so nice. Just a great employee and all around good guy.

Another great experience at my favorite boutique! Last I shopped Dior was Boston, but this Orlando location was just as good as Miami! I always get the upper excellence of service. Had a great time shopping, got some Birkenstock collab Dior shoes, definitely great stuff! Can’t wait to come back!!
