Didn’t expect this kind of experience from a Dior store where they sell expensive stuff. No instructions on how to be served and I stupidly browsed around the store waiting for an available staff to serve me. When I finally approached an available staff, she asked if I have a queue number. I didn’t even know there’s a need to take a queue number before I could be served. I have been waiting for 15 min or so like a fool. After taking the queue number, I waited for another 20 min or so before I was served. While I was waiting I also asked if I can just make a purchase of the Lip Glow without waiting. I just want to buy 4 lip balms, no need any beauty consultation or service. She said also need to wait for my turn. Hello I just want to tap my card and pay. How long does it even take?! The way they work is really inefficient and being in a tourist place, the staff couldn’t even speak simple english. They can’t even understand when i asked if there’s an English receipt. I feel that the level of service here is unacceptable for a branded boutique. There are other better Dior outlets, maybe should just close down this store since the negative experience will bring down the brand reputation. I see the Google reviews are so low for DIOR

表参道ヒルズのディオールを利用する必要がありスノーメイクアップベースを買いにいきました。口コミで接客対応が悪いと評価している方が多いので、検証してみたくなり楽しみに行きましたが、言われている様な事はなく、サンプルも希望したもの以外も用意して下さったりと好印象でした。帰り口はどちらから出ますか？と お見送りもして頂きました。ある意味期待はずれでしたが、機会があれば、また利用しようと思います。

友人とDIORでもいくことに

【接客について】
・わたしは男性なので女性の友人の様子を見ているだけでしたが、空いていそうな店員さんに声をかけて、整理券をもらって、自分たちの順番が来るまでの10分ほど、店内をぶらぶらしていました。
・10分ほどして店員さんが現れ、席を2席用意してくださり、トライメイクが始まりました。
・こちらの希望と、店員さんの提案でいろいろ試して、最終的にリップとチーク、ハイライトを購入しました。
・特にここまでの過程でこちらが困るような接客はなく、店員さんからいろいろとメイクアドバイスをくださり、ありがたいと感じておりました。
・会計もスムーズにすみ、帰りは購入品を玄関までもってくださり、玄関先でお別れのお辞儀をされました。
・友人がメイクしている間や店内をぶらついている間も、店員さんキビキビと動いて見え、冷たい態度などは見受けられなかったと思います。

【お店の雰囲気】
・50平米くらいですかね？思ったほど広くないです。ブティック感覚と言うか、百貨店のDIORを少し広くした感じ。
・お客さんがそれなりに入店されるので、人によっては狭く感じるかもしれませんね。

令和6年5月18日に参りました。新作の香水を買いました。新作のミス　ディオール　パルファンは一番高いですがオススメです。効果も長続きします。こちらはリップ、香水（ウィメンズ中心だがメンズもあり）アイシャドウなど化粧品専門の店舗です。革製品などは近くにもう一店あるのでそこで買います。

担当して下さったBAさんがとても素敵でした。
待っている間もテスターしやすいように準備していただいて、待ち時間もあっという間でした。
タッチアップも丁寧で、こちらの様子を見ながら調整していただけて嬉しかったです。

I came around 8:30pm or so before it closes at 9pm to avoid crowd, but inside there were like 5-6 group of people but only 1 staff was attending per group. I saw there were 2 other staff but they were talking and chit chatting in the room. I dont mind being unattended but since its covid era and they put mark in japanese to not touch or test anything (request to the staff) so we had to wait for a very long time. I was tired of waiting so i just touch the bottle my self because they dont even came out of the back room chit chatting and laughing. One of their staff notice and did say theres a lot of customer outside but none of them come out. I just wanted to test/smell the maison perfume because its not available at any dior store except for few branches only. Poor customer service.

プレゼントの予算を伝えると色々と提案してくださってスムーズに購入できてよかったです。
他の方の口コミを拝見しましたが本当に店員さんによるんだと思います。
