I would like to thank the wonderful employee Abdullah Kingdom Mall branch for his good treatment politeness in conversation and his interest even after I left by sending me all the pictures of the new collection and his constant communication. This point is very important to me to continue my knowledge of the latest collection and I hope that all Dior employees are like him because I used to suffer a lot with the treatment of employees in Saudi Arabia and I prefer to buy my Dior purchases online without going to the store because of the inconvenience in the store but brother Abdullah treatment was more than excellent.

Great shopping experience at Dior Kingdom Center. Ms. Yusra assisted me patiently and helped me decide what to get. I really loved the ambiance of the store, you can see almost all the items diplayed very neat and nicely. Very happy with the bag that I got and excited on my next purchase. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you Dior!

Aside from the side eyes I kept getting at the store clerks cause I wanted to repair my fabric bag, they tell me very late on and after I bought the bag 3 years ago, that they don’t receive fabric bags for cleaning or repair.

And that it’s a brand policy, I hope for their sake they’re not lying.

I bought sunglasses from the Centria store, and when I opened it , it did not close properly. It’s a manufacturer’s defect, so the company is responsible for this issue. Unfortunately, they sold me something with this damage, especially when the sunglasses are a name brand that I spent hundreds on.

I went to the Centria store, and they welcomed me kindly. They acknowledged that it was clearly a manufacturer’s defect but informed me that there were no sunglasses of that type in stock. However, they mentioned that there were some available (maybe five or more) at their second branch in the Dior Kingdom Center. They told me I could go there, and they would replace them for me.

So, I went to the Dior Kingdom Center and explained my problem to a salesman named Ibrahim. He said he didn’t think there was stock of that type of sunglasses, but I asked him to check to be sure. Eventually, he returned and told me there some stock, after that he said the manager refused to change the piece! He put my sunglasses right in front of me, and then he disappeared! He was not helpful or respectful.

I asked to speak with the manager, and he sent another salesman named Anas. He said it was damaged, so they couldn’t change it there and suggested I go back to the Centria branch in a sharply disrespectful tone. I told him I had already been there, and they assured me there would be no problem replacing them at the Kingdom Center branch. Now, he was saying no? He told me to go back to the Centria branch,
He didn’t bother to put in any effort to call the Centria branch until I insisted. Then he claimed he tried to call three times but they didn’t answer, so he wouldn’t help me with the exchange! He then left us and disappeared.

I attempted to call the Centria branch, and they answered right away. She said let me talk to them. After two minutes of discussion, they agreed to change the sunglasses after two hours of arguing with me !They handed me the replacement without cleaning it or providing a purchase invoice.

Unfortunately, my experience at this branch was very poor, and the sales staff lacked respect for customers, particularly towards women. I love Dior, but this experience was very disappointing!

الموظف امين او ايمن نسيته اسمه ما اتذكر والله حبوب جداً و يساعدك بالاختبار و نفسه طيبه يوم يقابل الزبون
وفيه 2 سعوديين بعد كانوا كويسين
