Hello, I ordered shoes from sak fifth branch since November 29 to use as wedding shoes on December 14. Until now I still have not received the shoes. I contacted them many times why I still have not received the shoes. They could not give me an answer. They blamed fed ex company and fed ex gave the reason that they could not contact me. Which is not true because we are at home every day waiting for our wedding shoes. If they could not contact us at least they should have left a note saying that they could not find us. But they did not even deliver. Until now, not only have I not received the shoes, I have not received the refund. This is the second time that I am very disappointed with buying from this branch, especially this time because it is my wedding day. I chose shoes from this brand to be my wedding shoes. Disappointed time and time again with Dior.

I had a great experience here and was surprised by all the negative reviews. It was way better than my experience at Chanel, everyone was so friendly and patient, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I would definitely return.

Condescending, awful service: in just 3 minutes, the sales associate managed to belittle me for inquiring about stock of a limited edition item, first telling me I have to get it online (it was sold out) and then asking why I even wanted the product (“have you seen it in person? why do you want it?”), and if I were only there to redeem the amex platinum credit (I was not, in fact). I had been planning on purchasing a privee perfume but thanks to the rudest service I have ever experienced, saved myself a couple hundred dollars. Avoid this location at all costs.

so DISSAPOINTED
I went to the store instead of buying online for the service but regretted it. I felt MISTREATED because of my headscarf !!!! I went in there with a smile and nothing but politeness. I felt rushed while looking at items (I took 3 minutes.) when I did pick out my product and handed it to the worker she took it out of my hand and left, leaving me behind confused then she started taking care of the other clients with a big smile on her face and complimented them endlessly. This was my first time I ever felt this mistreated. I said excuse me ma'am thank you so much but I would like to pass have a great night and she ignored me. The atmosphere here was cold but the workers attitude was COLDER!

I am adding more information.
I went back due to my points from Saks. I ordered t-shirt since they did not have my size, and the staff told me that it would take 1-2 days and will get back to me as soon as possible.
I waited 5 days and I have not received any call or text, so I called them. The phone number that I could find was only Dior women store. The staff answered the phone number, and they said they could not locate me using my phone number and saying that she would call me back soon. 3 hours later no one called, so I called and it sounded like the same staff. She said they' were so busy and they would call me back soon, and she tried to hang up, and I asked if there is any men store phone number. She let me know extension number but did not time to write and she said THANK YOU and just hang up. I have never felt so ignored. If you want to let people know certain number, you should let us have time to write down. SO RUDE. I should change department store to Bergdorf since the staff there was very nice.

Additional :
I went there to check the shirt that I like is in stock and they were very nice this time. The staff remembered me and greet cheerfully. They did not so I will go to either fifth or soho but it was good experience. Hopefully, we will have this experience continuously. Cheers.

I had an amazing experience at Dior in Saks Fifth Avenue. My salesperson was very professional and sweet. Even though I'm a loyal customer in Miami, the service I received in the NYC flagship store was top-notch. I highly recommend stopping by. My salesperson's name was Yerodin, but I forgot the name of the other guy, I think he was from Bulgaria. They were amazing. I can't wait to visit the store again.

My experience was terrible at Dior. I came for a perfume which was obviously too low in price for the sales assistant with nice brown hair to even pretend he acted politely. I did not try any of them at the store, as I have been using it for years and just wanted to immediately pick it up without an intention of spending hours here.
Sales assistant did not greet me, told that he didn’t know where he could find the bottle with requested volume and showed with his face, manners and rolled eyes that he was too disturbed by me. Another sales assistant, woman, came to us and helped him to find the bottle. He took it from her, did not mention the price and run away to pack it, I did not even realize how he disappeared:)
The price was double as it is in Europe, so I refused to buy it, also mostly because of the attitude I was given.
I just left the store but had a very bad affection.
It’s not how you must be treated in luxury boutique whatever you buy.
