Subpar luxury shopping experience ESPECIALLY for Dior.
Spend your money elsewhere.
My new wallet started to tear at the seam and the sales folks were indifferent. They reluctantly took it for repair. It took 3 weeks. Now they’re charging me for shipping to return the wallet back to me.
A) This is not Dior culture
B) SF store is the worst I’ve come across
C) I won’t be going back

I bought a pair of earrings at this store yesterday. When I looked at the earrings at store, one of the earrings was broken. Because I really like the style so I told the SA that I would buy these but just gave me a new pair. The SA saw the broken part and said ok. But today I unwrapped the box and found the earring I got was literally the broken one I pointed out at store. This is ridiculous and extremely disrespectful!!!!!!!!! Also, FYI, the store does not receive any return or exchange, even for store credit for their fashion jewelry because they believe you can make the decision when you see the real products. But you can return any order online for free because you are not able to try it until you get it. So don’t waste your time shopping at this awful store. If you really want something, shop online :)) I have been a Dior customer for seven years but now I think I should spend my money on something else:) thank you SF Dior Boutique!

Great customer service. The gentleman helping my girlfriend and me was very interested in helping us and making sure we were satisfied. He even offered us water while he went looking for our product. Even though he wasn’t able to find the bag he has shown better customer service than most individuals when it comes to helping a younger couple. When shopping please ask for the gentleman with the ponytail.

Ordered a pair of DIOR shoes online to pickup at the boutique. I sent my BF to pick it up with the authorization form but since he didn’t have my physical ID he was un authorize to pick my shoes. so I went there physically to pick up my shoes but upon arrival I was told that my shoes had already been sent back to even though the store policy says that the merchandise would be held in the store for 14 days .it was only 10days but my shoes wasn’t there . Why would they send my shoes back before my 14 days or without giving my authorization. Now I had to try to Contact the customer service but they’re close. For being such a high end boutique it’s sucks that they can’t afford a 24 hr customer service.
The first day we walk In in the store about 2 weeks ago. All of the staff look grumpy and had attitudes. Very poor customer service when I ask if my shoes had arrived the first time they simply said if you didn’t get an email then,
They’re not here. We have shoes here too they exclaimed!

Wouldn’t return a necklace under less than 24 hours. Never ever told about the return policy when online it says 30 days! Even the bottom of the receipt says it. This store is stingy and Dior has no class to treat a customer this way! Tell the customer before they purchase so they can make sure they are 100% sure not on the day of the return. The salesperson ALLIE had the nerve to lie and say she told me and she never did!

Been to the store 2 times and purchased bag and shoes. I didn’t get the feeling of welcome from the female sales assistant there. In fact I felt very uncomfortable. I sensed very mean and rude behavior hidden behind very obvious fake niceness. I guess a lot of tourists come by the store daily and not making purchases after lengthy try ons. But hey thats their job right? Beautiful store though.

Take your dollars elsewhere. Purchased a belt and the clasp broke within less than a year. Took it in Oct 10, 2023.Its Nov 27 and still nothing heard from them. I call today only to be told we will call you back by the manager. They promised to call within an hr, 4 hrs later nothing. I call back to be told the manager is at lunch and they will you back. Not worth the dollars. The customer service is awful
