My daughter saved her money to buy earrings from Dior. She purchased and was so excited but they made her ears bleed. I tried to exchange them (less than 30 days) for anything else in the store. The store manager, Kelly Valdez, refused to let her exchange them because they were not defective and we bought them in Paris. My daughter has no other issue with plated jewelry, but the manager refused to help. I called Dior customer service and explained the situation, they confirmed that it didn't matter where they were purchased, that it was up to boutique location to decide to exchange. So it was Kelly's decision and she refused to help my daughter who saved her own money, sad. So to any future Dior customers, beware that this brass jewelery is not worth 10 % of it's price. This store will not work with you should you need to make an exchange, as the other reviews confirm. I had a bag picked out for her for a holiday gift but will not be purchasing Dior bags or perfume any longer.

I purchased a bag from this location. I had it shipped home because I was just visiting. When I received the item, it was the wrong bag. I called multiple times to get a return label and to make sure they have the bag I originally wanted. To get them on the phone is nearly IMPOSSIBLE. Don't bother.

This Dior store has to be the rudest, most condescending Dior location in the world.
Don’t even get me started on the Manager.
Zero customer service, you're basically privileged to even get waited on. It's insane!
Over the past 24 months, I've spent over $60K at Dior, which I now purchase in Miami due to the attitude at this, my local store.
Their corporate HQ really needs to pay a visit.

Ordered sandals online and was a bit worried about coming into store due to reviews. My sandals hadn’t come in yet although the eta was supposed to be today and we were to pick up in store. We came in to just get some more info on the arrival of the sandals. When we arrived today we worked with Izmir and he was very kind and helpful! Highly suggest asking for Izmir when coming in to shop at Dior!

I liked a pair of sunglasses here and it wasn’t in stock. They said they’d ship it to me and 3 weeks later it didn’t arrive. They told me 5-7 business days. My sales person was Anthony. I went back into the store and talked to a “manager” named Anita who was going to scope it out and get back to me. That was 7 days ago. So now a month later I don’t have the sunglasses and I can't reach anyone there on the phone.

Update to the story: I was able to reach one of my friend's sales associates, Izmir, and he was able to locate the sunglasses and I picked them up. Took me four trips. I would recommend only buying a product here if it is in stock and you can take it home with you, or order the product online and have it shipped to your home.

All I have to say is if you expect good service I wouldn’t recommend shopping with Anthony. I ordered shoes a week ago and was supposed to get an update within a day or two. Needless to say I got zero update. Went in to the store today to check on the status and was told still no update. Anthony was there and quite stuck up. I asked him if he could order the shoe from corporate and was told it doesn’t work that way. I told him I would have appreciated some communication and I would have been fine. He of course tells me well I have no update so it’s not my job to update you it’s the store where it’s coming from. I’m in the retail business and I would say communication and updates is always key. Left the store and thought this is so wrong. Called customer support and had the pleasure of dealing with Imani. Let me tell you what a huge difference in service and quality and care for the clients needs. She took care of the order and I will receive it in two days. Now how hard was that, all he had to do was pick up the phone.
Anthony had to call me to cancel the order and again was snippy and rude. Would never deal with him ever again.

They just opened last week. I went today around noon. It is still not cloud. They have women and men sections. I got help with Chao today. She is very nice.
