Would just like to share my lovely experience at Dior , in the Trafford centre three weeks ago with the all Dior sales team, especially with Awais . I was looking for a rose perfume and Awais picked out a selection of Dior perfumes both Niche and designer, I was still unsure , so he gave me some to try on my skin and on the paper , after going home to smell later , I made my decision and came back to the same department store , to Awais and purchased the rose kabuki perfume , which is an absolutely amazing scent . He made a lovely presentation for me and I got my partners name engraved on the bottle and a few little lovely samples to try . I would highly recommend the Dior store , in the Trafford centre , staff are amazing . I would definitely go back to Dior and I would definitely recommend Awais to advise of skincare , make up and perfumes , he carry’s a wealth of factual knowledge about each product. I left the store , a very happy returning, customer

Came to buy one large perfume and one smaller one for my birthday and was told by the chinese lady who works there that they only do large and medium perfumes , i was adamant ive been in and bought the smaller 40 ml size but she wouldnt help and didnt even advise me that online i could buy the smaller i left feeling rather angry and embarressed by her treatment , poor customer service from dior as usually all other staff have been helpful and really friendly ! This lady didnt want to help or make a sale we clearly wasnt the clientelle she wanted ! I had to google and find out online we could buy the smaller size ,staff should be advison that certain items are online and that selfridges only stock certain sizes ! You lost two sales today due to her service

I was assisted by Otis- he was attentive, knowledgeable, and great at demonstrating the products. I have an NG tube in my nose and across my face , and whilst this is awkward to work around when applying makeup, he made no issue of it and made sure to take care around it. I will definitely be returning to Dior for my future cosmetic purchases.

Just met one of the best sales advisor ever! I was struggling to find the right bag to match my B22 and Lucie stepped in with an amazing service. She showed me several different options that matched my style and helped narrow down the choices to one that I absolutely fell in love with! This was one of the best experiences I have ever received and thank Dior for hiring such amazing talent. My word of advice - do everything you can to keep her, she’s the best example and representation of a luxury brand (and I’ve shopped a fair few…)!

I visited the Dior boutique in Manchester Selfridges last weekend and was assisted by Marzena who was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to source an item for me and even had it posted to my home in time for my birthday, along with a birthday card from herself which was the sweetest gesture. Her service was faultless and she is a credit to the business. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending.

Absolutely disgusting unfriendly racist customer service from Dior staff at Selfridges Trafford centre today. I bought 2 Dior aftershave and a perfume online all birthday presents which were delivered in a brown box so I took all to Selfridges Dior counter and asked for a gift wrap service which I said I'll pay as these are birthday presents. A female blonde staff ,(Lindsay) said she'll ask manager (Otis) who refused straight away without any hesitation.I did say I'll pay but answer was No. I came out to see if there is another Dior counter /booth which was just near the Selfridges, I went there and asked the same question the male staff was about to give me Dior gift bags but same blonde female staff from previous Dior counter came behind my back and told staff not to help me out as my daughter witnessed it. Also there was a young Asian girl (staff) working who that blonde female staff named (Lindsay) spoke quite rudely and shouted at her "I told you to do this now". I felt sorry for that girl as it was quite embarrassing attitude. I have been going to Selfridges trafford centre for years and spent thousands of pounds over the years.So disappointed and will not be going there again.
Worst customer service. Not happy at all.
