Definitely amazing experience! It's a nice place with fantastic customer service. Gabriella is a wonderful lady,she's so friendly and super helpful in her suggestions. I left the store with my lovely bucket hat.
Definitely will go back buy some nice T-shirts and shoes

The store is very well organized and the customer service is absolutely fantastic. I called in for a pair for sneakers and they had it ready for purchase and for me to try it on when I came in to the store. The lady who helped me was so informative with every product I had a question on.

Absolutely amazing experience! Our SA Montia went above and beyond. Boutique itself is nicely organized with lots of pieces to choose from, good music on the background and not very crowded that added a very chill vibe to overall experience. I highly recommend going here especially if debating to order online vs going to the boutique. Not sure why there's so many bad reviews that completely threw me off at first but we did make an appointment and inquired for a specific item having no issues whatsoever but only a positive feedback!

The most bizarre shopping experience in my life. My mom and I came to this store a few days ago to see the book tote as she’s been eyeing it for a while. She wanted the large in pink and we asked the sales guy if they had one and he gave us this look as if we were idiots and told us “okay but it doesn’t come in pink?” with an attitude. Okay, sorry we didn’t know? He brings out the medium in pink that still has wrapping on it and gives it to my mom, who speaks perfect English but has an accent, but the whole time is talking to me instead, telling me “ask her if she wants me to unwrap the bag for her”. I’m looking at him confused cuz I’m like, she understands you? she speaks perfect English and we were speaking English in front of him as well. While my mom was looking at the bag I picked up one of the large book totes just to hold and made a comment about how I didn’t realize how heavy they were, as I never picked one up since they’re not really my style and in a snarky tone he states “yeah that’s cuz they’re good quality”. I’m not really sure where he was going with that comment but it rubbed me the wrong way. At the end of all this my mom just wasn’t feeling the whole experience and we decided to leave but I also was looking for an ivory bag for a wedding I had this weekend. I had purchased a 30 Montaigne bag in Paris that was a blush pink and I was curious to see it in the white. I was explaining the bag to the sales guy because all the bags they had on display were more of the lady Dior style and mine was a smooth calfskin. again with an attitude told me “these are all the 30 Montaigne bags we have” and points to the display behind him. You would’ve thought if I purchased a specific dior bag before I would know that they sell it in the store right? Lo and behold it’s in the back and not on display. He brings it out, I love the color but I’m over this experience at this point and just said I didn’t want it and trying to end everything on a decent note I said “thank you for your help.” He just grabs the bag and stomps away. Im not sure why this gentleman pursued a job in the workforce as a luxury handbag salesperson or who hired him but he clearly lacks people skills and common sense, unless this whole ‘treating people who look a little too casual and have an accent like they’re an inconvenience’ is a new sales tactic but I’m not here for it and he either needs to pick a different field of work or get some therapy. Do yourself a favor and go to either a different store or to the Champs Elysees store where they treat you with 5 star service no matter what you look like.

Not sure why this place has such low marks. While it was very busy when I visited, I asked for someone and Natalie the store associate (Sunday 3/3) came over and was very accommodating and super helpful in her suggestions. Very pleasant experience and she made sure all my questions were answered and even offered me a generous selection of samples. She was very professional and quick to help me. To the previous review, yes this location has the full private line fragrances for testing and sampling, so do not hesitate do stop by. Thank you Natalie for the seamless experience!

This place is the best!!!! But the best of all are the workers!! there is this one person called Gabriella and she is a pure angel! Sooo sweet and my favorite worker of all time!!!! Pure angel on earth!

I have to say the customer service is absolutely amazing we where there and Marjorie borado helped us so much the kindness and patience in this person is absolutely amazing she was so patience answering all are questions we had about a belt and stuff u are the best

Morita is best hands down. She gets me. Knows what my style is and makes it happen. She finds my Dior Homme for me and lers me know when it arrives. Staff is the best in this high luxury boutique. Saves me time from driving to green st where the nearest Dior Homme is located. Thanks so much Morita you are a big help.
