I was so lucky to meet her as my SA for my first dior bag. I’m satisfied shopping in this boutique . The staff all so friendly and make us enjoy to shopping there.

I recently visited the store for purchase and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Vicky had helped me through out with her exceptional service from start to finish. She was very sweet and patient the whole time. Overall, It was a great experience.

I hadn’t shopped at Dior for quite a while but always remembered they treated people nicer than Chanel. However, this time the staff disappointed me. He didn’t treat us the way we expected. He took us in and then left us looking at stuff ourselves, he just disappeared. When he came back, we wanted to try some earrings, but he couldn’t find the clear plastic holder and talked loudly to another staff. When we asked questions, he didn’t seem happy to respond. If we were not in a rush to get a present for someone, I wouldn’t have bought anything from there. Very unhappy with the service.

A new Asian boy serves me today with terrible attitude. I asked about a bracelet, he said it’s sold out in the store and in Australia, I may need to find someone else overseas to buy it. By the time I left and said thank you for your help. He didn’t replied, he didn’t even raised his head. And I just find out it shows in stock in Dior website and I purchased it successfully.

I commend Eric Doan for his excellent customer service. SA like him make this shop feel like home, he made us feel comfortable all throughout our shopping and helped us in all ways that he can. Very patient.

Customer service is one of the worst. They might need more training or even memorise from a sales script.

Only purchased a wallet as my partner really wanted it. Salesperson was the worst one I've met. It felt like a bother for him to reach out 2-3 wallets so we can choose a colour.

Staff also didn't provide us with any sparkling water even though we purchased. They gave those who weren't even buying a product. Yes, it's petty.

Regrettably, my encounter with J’adior shoes has been less than satisfactory. Despite Dior’s esteemed reputation, the product quality fell short of expectations. The attached pictures vividly showcase the noticeable defects. What’s disheartening is that counterfeit products seem to exude a more authentic appearance. I’m hopeful for a swift resolution to uphold Dior’s renowned standard of excellence.
