I went to Dior for a pick-up, and the lady who initially helped me was very kind, though I didn’t catch her name. However, Caleb truly made my experience AMAZING! He was incredibly sweet when he brought out my purchase. After I mentioned it was a gift for my mom, he went above and beyond by adding wrapping paper and a bow on the bag. He even added a star and shared the story behind it, explaining how it symbolizes following your dreams. Caleb’s energy was absolutely fantastic, and he did an outstanding job. I would definitely go back and ask for his help every time!

I had the pleasure of working with Mona at the Christian Dior store, and I cannot say enough good things about her exceptional service. She went above and beyond to help me exchange a pair of shoes and made sure to find the exact style I was looking for. Mona was incredibly helpful, making the entire transaction seamless and stress-free. What really stood out, though, was how thoughtful she was—she even got juice and gummy bears for our girls while they waited patiently, which truly added a personal touch to our shopping experience. Both times that I went in here I asked for a certain product and the employees had no idea what I was talking about.
They told me the item did not exist, and when I showed them on the website, they kind of looked confused and then brought it out from the back.
The two times that I went in here the employees were condescending. Made me feel like i wasnt good enough for dior ?
I did mot buy anything for that reason.
It’s unfortunate, Dior is my favourite brand and the employees here are ruining the name.

Purchased item by cash, decided to return it, waiting 3 weeks for them to find cash, the store still have no cash, that’s Dior for you
