Mary hosted back to back Dior events, which both my daughter and I attended. She was exceptional, lovely, friendly, sweet, kind, helpful, and welcoming! Her presence alone made the events even more special and delightful!
We enjoyed making a wreath and holiday cards! We can't wait to attend more of these fun events in the new year! Thank you, Mary, for being you!! ?

Customer service is terrible and it's even worse online. They gave me an invalid promo code when I subscribed with my email and number, and I was told they can't offer me the complimentary gift, I would have to place a new order with another promo code they had. I don't know why I can't just redeem the free gift in store if I show a store associate my online order. The process is very unprofessional for customers because you can't return or exchange items purchaed online, to a store in person either

Horrible customer service. The store never has enough sales associates. The ones they have are always attending to other customers. The store guard makes people wait in line and doesn’t even let people in. Unbelievable!!! I have waited 30 min to exchange my shoes. Many prospective customers left because nobody wants to wait. This is Dior?!?!?!?

I would give this store 0 stars if it were an option as 1 is too generous. I should have read reviews before shopping at this location as there are many other bad experiences that others have had here, too.

I purchased a pair of shoes from this location and when I got them home I noticed they weren’t in very good condition (I didn’t end up needing them as well anyways) so I brought them back for a replacement or refund. I was told they can’t re sell them so they wouldn’t do anything about it. I said to them well they why would you sell them to me in the first place? I was told it was my responsibility to inspect the shoes prior to leaving with them. I said I never would think to inspect a new pair of shoes from any store let alone a 1600 pair of shoes from a luxury store. I asked to speak with the manger, Mike, who laughed at me and said he’d never Accept the return and that I could leave and go and get frustrated elsewhere and I asked if there was a customer service rep I could call or a higher up manger to escalate the situation he said he is the director of Dior and he has no boss or manager and that I am waisting my time breath and energy as he is the “director” he kept saying over and over, like get off your high horse you work retail at the mall. He was so rude and disrespectful and the fact they would sell me less than a perfect condition item and then refuse to rectify their mistake is beyond me.
Even the box was in horrible condition and all damaged. I was also told I should have inspected the box…. Like seriously
I would have gone back and shopped there again as mistakes can happen and I do like their product but after the experience with Mike I won’t ever shop there again. There is a level of respect you should have for other people let alone customers. What a disappointment this has been. I’ve had better experiences from Mcdonalds. What a joke.

Would give it a minus if I could.. but similar to Sarah S, who posted 2 months ago (i really wish I looked at the review earlier when I went to return and show them that it’s a them problem)
It was the same, I bought them, went home, had a change of mind about the product, still unworn (worn only at the store) went back to return and they said “this is not refundable, it’s worn.” I mentioned didn’t even try it on after the store, and they said “we don’t sell products like this” and it was the same MIKE guy. He was talking very condescendingly and was very rude and wouldn’t even listen to us, and started packing the shoes up and just kept repeating “we don’t sell them like this”.
Clearly when they go back to the “back room” to pack up the item they do some switch-a-roo. And we’re left leaving with a defect item. In another word, a SCAM!
So my suggestion is to open up the box again after they have already packed it to check the item YOU PAID FOR. Don’t be so trusting thinking they’re “DIOR”.
Also side note: if it was worn, the heel would also be, if not more scuffed then anything, but the heel is in perfect condition.

A shoutout to Shelly who is wonderful at what she does in the show department at Dior. I war really struggling to decide the color of Mini Pump I wanted and I will come back and get them but she was accommodating and just friendly and great!

Pick a right salesperson is really important. Diego served me couple years in Dior. Diego is a very Very gentle, talented, meticulous person, he knows all my requirements, my preferences, never recommend anything if I’m not interested.
After meet Diego, I know how is top sales in my mind should be. Whatever male or female customers, if you like Dior’s designs I will recommend Diego to you guys.

Although it gave off vibes of the luxury store it was not on par with the standards that we expect from Dior. I have noticed some of the Holt staff are not as professional as they are supposed to be... My experience at Dior was short and the staff who was helping me was sweet and helpful... but the rest of them were not... some were on their phones and gave us uncomfortable vibes... so we decided next time to shop from other Dior stores in Toronto...
