I went shopping with my hubby and daughter. The boutique ambiance was very welcoming and professional. Shirley showed us the handbags and sunglasses that matched our preferences with patience and introduced each product in details. She helped me find the perfect handbag and sunglasses. She shipped all purchases and I received them exactly on the arrange date. I loved my experience in this store. Even my little one felt comfortable and I could shop with an ease of mind.

Every time we come, we get amazing service and treated so wonderfully. I feel guilty that the employees unwrap everything to show me, but they’re always very helpful and happy to give me an awesome shopping experience. Lots of products available, and even a ton in their back stock room that aren’t on the floor.

I always have such a great time in Dior; Jou-an is my SA and she is always helpful and accommodating. Be it if I’m shopping for a new purse or getting a simple scarf, Jou-an always ensures a pleasant experience. I also like shopping at Dior because of their pretty packaging.

Dior at Hotel Vancouver is one of my absolute favorite boutiques. Their team of professionals are very hospitable, friendly and gracious, they never fail to make you feel welcome at the store! I shop here each season when new collections come in… Daniel, Dickson, Justin and the team help me scout hard to find pieces. I highly recommend the Hotel Vancouver boutique for the best luxury Dior experience in the city.

After a rude and appalling experience at Louis Vuitton, we were so glad to have met James who provided us with wonderful, warm, and efficient customer service.
We bought a lovely black bag for my mom, thanks to his help.

From the moment I walked in Dior at Hotel Vancouver, Uno provided the most attentive service (even tough I was dressed down) and suggested a lot of great products. He takes the extra time to explain the history of certain designs, products, and how they’re manufactured. After that first experience with him, he totally understands what I like and dislikes. He is definitely my go to for all my purchases.

Thank you Uno for taking care of me all the time! Can’t wait till the Python & Tear shoes come in.
