I refused to believe this Dior store customer service was bad, till I actually visited the store.

I bought the Lady Dior 95.22 from the lady and went back to the hotel. It didn't crossed my mind to check the bag because usually it was the SA who initiate the checks before giving us the bag. Upon reaching back the hotel and inspecting the bag, I realised there were scratch marks and the bag was obviously not packed nicely (usually it's wrapped up at the handles etc).

The next day we went back the store to look for an exchange, the lady actually had the audacity to say its normal to have the marks and there's only this last piece. Mind you, I'm literally looking at another piece off their damn shelve in front of me.

After she return back with the new piece, I asked to check the bag once more just in case. She gave me a very very rude tone that she had already packed the bag nicely.

Oh, she didn't offered any drinks too.

All in all, avoid this store. Please.

I had a very bad experience from this store because of one the women, she didn’t even offer any drinks or present any welcome mood,atmosphere. Even she smile but her word, voice of tone is so rude like really look down on the customer. I asked her some questions but she answer it widely or not directly answer, so it was not what I was looking for then, I ask to change to new staff, her name is Lin and she is so nice, she came with smile and little laughter, and offer us some drink and give us information that is useful and nicely even thought I had waited a little long but it’s ok I understand that they have some problem with their system.

We were served by Monir, he was very patient and friendly. He was very helpful in sharing the different bag designs and made us feel comfortable even though it was near closing time. Very enjoyable experience and the best of the fashion houses in Vienna.
