I’m not sure why this location has so many negative reviews; I’ve had nothing but positive experiences! I worked with Cassandra to buy shoes on 2 separate occasions and she could not have been lovelier to work with. She was so friendly and answered all my questions. One of my pairs had to be ordered, and she was so helpful in the process and super communicative. I look forward to being able to work with her again in the future!

Absolutely stunning place to walk into! Associates were very service forward, great characters, and very professional. Stopped by after a long business trip and wanted to just walk around. They ended up helping me get acquainted with their private collection of fragrances! Stunning scents and great prices for such large bottles.

Made a reservation to purchase an item, once I got my confirmation email my SA followed up with me. Once I arrived to the Boutique I was greeted and they offered drinks to me. All the staff were very nice and services.
My SA Marika was very professional and knowledgeable of the few items I inquired. I liked this location better than the one in Tyson's.
Made my purchase, I am very happy with the experience I definitely will shop here again.

Disappointing experience - I walked in to do some Mother's Day shopping 2 days ago. SA, Ramez, was very short with me and uninviting. I ended up choosing a pair of sunglasses. When I got home, I opened my box and realized he gave me the display model. Which is ok, but he did not bother cleaning the shades before packaging them. They had fingerprints all over. Even Macy's can pack up a pair of Ray-Bans with more care. It's unsanitary as well. Very disappointing from The House of Dior, who takes pride in the art of gifting.

Definitely horrible experience. There is a big guy with musule and in a white T- shirt was so rude. I tried on a few pairs of earrings but did not like them. So I put them back and going around the store to see other things. And this guy followed me and my friend everywhere I go. It’s so creepy. It’s like we are trying to steal something. He followed us from first floor to second floor. I saw this bag looking nice. So I touched jt and tried to open it. And suddenly he came and said: would you like to know the price of it?() i was like what? i just touched it for one second and you want to tell me to price? For what? The he said the price. And he came and said this is very delicate leather. He did not want any scratch on it.( probably said it because I just tried to open it) I cannot image there is a sales like this working jn Dior. Please train your sales properly.
