I have been going to Watson Clinic for approximately 12 years. Dr Parekh has been my primary physician the whole time. Over the years he has become not just my Doctor but my friend. I know that if I have an issue that needs special care he will not leave any stone uncovered. I know he will get to the bottom of my complaint. I’m very thankful Watson Clinic has him.

I don't even know where to start. If Parekh is sick they won't let you make an appointment with one of the other doctors. Good luck getting your calls returned. I had to beg them for two weeks to find out what my ct results meant. Then when I finally realized that I might be sick, I spent two weeks waiting for his office to make a referral. The oncologist office wont even see me without a referral or my complete records and since Parekh is holding my referral hostage unless I come in for yet another useless appointment (they cancelled the last one) I've had to collect all of my tests from the various places they were ordered around the county and now I have to physically drive them over to the oncologist just to get an appointment. Even though Parekh has literally all of it, they made me track it all down myself because they refuse to share it, even with me. I literally just want to know if I have f***ing cancer and these people are so incompetent and/or hateful that two weeks have been wasted waiting on them and fighting with them. If I turn out to be sick, God help these jerks. I wish somebody would have warned me about Watson Clinic. Don't go here.

I have never seen a doctor or office (Watson Clinic) that shucks all responsibility like these people. I needed to get a new primary care doctor and due to insurance Dr. Parekh was one of the closest that took my insurance. When I met with him with my long list of medications and medical history he told me that he can't help with 90% of my care. He stated that he has to refer everything outside of a runny nose or ear infection to other doctors. Now I can't even get him to do a pre-op medical release for me. I need back surgery or else I may be paralyzed. Per their office unless the surgeon's office sends them a list of what they should test for they can't do a pre-op release exam. I explained that the surgeon and hospital don't need anything other than a release and a CT scan I have already done. The hospital does their own medical clearance the week of surgery. They just want to know that I'm clear to move forward. Basically they want to make sure I don't have any pre-existing medical issues that would cause the operation to be held off. This is not a special request or something new. Because Watson has their own set of rules for paperwork they refused to do my exam without the surgeon spelling out all the tests that should be run. I have never seen such a horrible shucking of responsibilities in my life. This office is horrible and I wouldn't have given them a star if the reviews would have allowed me. Stay away if you want a doctor who actually cares about the type of care you receive.

Dr. Parekh is a very smart and very conversational physician. He is thorough, he takes the time to explain your health situation, and he is a good listener.
