It took time for me to find the right SA who I feel gets me, but now that I've found Jacquelyn, I'm set. She gets my life and style. Shopping Hermes is finally feeling like what I think of when the words "luxury shopping" comes to mind. We all know how sparse inventory can be. Jacquelyn makes it feel like I have someone on the inside working to get me items I need, want, or may like.

For those who are visiting for the first time, I recommend getting an appointment (call/email) and going on a weekday when they're not busy. Peak holiday times may leave you wishing you had an insider to help you out!

A glorious place to shop and celebrate all things handmade and not China made.

This brand is the only brand that supports artisans and artists. It takes art that you can live with and wear. Shop here if it's only for gift cards. And shop like it matters because HERMES is amazing and so is the staff. Be treated like a king or queen that you are!

Located in an upscale shopping mall, the staff who served me, Jacquelyn, was super nice and helpful. Despite my many requests to see different sizes of the belt and also measurements of the belts in various combinations, she willingly obliged and also provided good suggestions and recommendations. Really enjoyed shopping here and would definitely recommend you look for Jacquelyn when you shop here. She even took a little time off her lunch hour to serve me which I feel very grateful for. Kudos to great customer service! Will return if I am in town again.

I bought bounsing sneakers from Hermes , they weee dirth with something and any shoes repair dont accept to clean them up , after many times that i going to stor win dallas and send many email to Hermes they didn’t answer me that what I have to to clean them up , and theye are useless now and I payed more than 1000$ and just use it once … nobody answers me about it

I'm looking for a scarf, and this store is limited in 70 and 45 - they really tried to push the 90 on me (it's not what I want). The clerk was nice enough to open the drawers for me to see what they have but suggested looking online for more options. Here's where the low score comes in - I keep getting blocked by the website saying that I'm too fast for a human. Excuse me? I'm scrolling and when I go to select the one I want to purchase, I get blocked. I've never seen a website that doesn't want customers to purchase items. Now I've lost two days to place an order which means that I'll just buy a scarf from another designer. Hermes, hire an CTO/website designer that knows how to create a website for people to use.
