I was here for a colonoscopy performed by Dr Malieckal. Though I was kept waiting 1 1/2 hours, the overall experience was first class. Attentive, caring staff took good care of me. And the heated blanket was perfect.

I found this facility to be a diamond in the NYU Langone network of medical care. Dr. Krishnaiah and his staff including intake, prep, and recovery personel were outstanding ambassadors in their field of gastroenterology. I don't usually offer praise of medical facilities, this recent addition to Cobble Hill/Brooklyn Heights is the gold standard.

I took my brother, who has Downs Syndrome for a CT scan today and met with Mr Darryl Deboie, the radiology tech (hope I have the right spelling). He was so nice, patient and polite with the nicest smile. Thank You Darryl For Making This Experience So Easy For My Brother And I. Sincerely Appreciated

I saw Adenike Auguste, NP. She was lovely and personable and smart, addressed all my concerns. The MA Binta Diallo was also very friendly and skilled and took my blood pressure with flawless technique. The phlebotomist/RN Loretta was also great, and front desk was helpful. Thank you for a great experience. Wait time was short.

Waited 30 min before an employee who was clearly showing symptoms of COVID told me it would be another 20 min or so. I immediately left. Anyone working within the medical field should be required to wear a mask or stay home when sick. It’s hypocritical for me to verify if I’ve been feeling sick in the past few days at check in while a maskless employee is just coughing on everyone.

I didn’t like their Cellphone use policy. They restricted use of cellphones ok but they stoped your independent of public right. They have one hotspot for internet use which is also have no internet. If somebody have emergency what should they do? Get out of the building and make a call then comeback again?
Please fix the internet issue asap. This not a CIA or FBI headquarters. Its an hospital. People have their right to use of phone or make a call for emergency needs.

Dr. Adenike Auguste GYN works monthly with C&Y Medical PC. I had a 12:30 appointment in which I arrived arrived at 12:17. I remained patient until after 2 pm and still was not called. At 3:17 I asked to cancel my appointment and not to bull my insurance. The Dr. was was unprofessional and lack of empathy as she didn’t apologize for the long wait.

Keep on. Mind that I’m 14 days post op from. Unrelated operation so I’m still unwell. Dr. Adenike Aguste GYN needs to be accountable for her lack of duty of care and negligible medical ethics.
