Mauvaise expérience client.
Personnel juste poli et froid.
On était là pour recharger un parfum. On nous a pas demandé si nous avions besoin d’autres choses ou même proposer les nouveautés.
À la caisse nous étions surpris qu’on nous demande une pièce d’identité pour un paiement par carte pin, la vendeuse a répondu froidement qu’elle pouvait nous appeler le manager. On a dit que c’était juste une question ?
On est vite sorti du magasin !

I visited a lot of LV Stores all over the world, but this is one kind of an art! Very friendly and helpful people around there. The friendly lady from the shop helped us carrying our bags few meters away to our car.
If I will be in Miami again, for sure i will stop by!

I have never been followed inside a store and this happened to me today. Two sales assistants followed every step of mine, I felt extremely observed and judged. I have shopped in many LV locations and no one treated me like a thief just because I am not wearing anything expensive.

Terrible customer service. Bought sneakers for my husband. They didn’t have size so they ordered it and said they would ship it to our home ( overnight) after it arrives at the store.
We got a text a week or so later that sneakers are in. They only shipped it 5 days later after we had to remind them.
Sneakers came dirty and box is damaged.

I have had good experiences at both the Men's and Woman's LV store in the Design District, and have nothing but positive things to say about them. The client advisor (Yanesa) was helpful in showing me items and answering my questions in both stores. I even had some specific questions about materials, and Yanesa and the store manager went above and beyond to help out.
