Sarah was so wonderful here. We came in just to window shop, but my son was really wanting something for his birthday. She helped us pick out a sentimental gift that we could afford and made my son feel still extra special for his birthday. He is turning 8 in two days. Thank you, Sarah! Oh what a memorable experience! I was brought here to purchase a bag for my birthday, let’s just say the staff did not disappoint and made this whole experience one I’ll never forget. Staff was so welcoming and kind, they showed us options, although I had one bag in mind. “On my side” will be one for the books, super pleased with the store, the vibe, the staff and my beautiful new purse and sunglasses

Very Nice Location. It's located close to our home. We have Purchased Several Bags, Backpacks & accessories over a Long Period of time here. It's best to park next to Bloomingdales between neiman marcus. Located on first floor. The only allow 2 people per employee so there might be a line. They provide hand sanitizer. Good service . One of the best Louis Vuitton Stores in southern California. Enjoy!

Terrible customer service. The manager specifically told us our expectations of quality based on being a long term customer are too high. He said things have changed. Like lower quality but higher prices. This started with a purse we believe was a fake. They readily took it back but gave only store credit. Why? Did they just the purse out circulation? They also have security guards who refuse to show credentials and become belligerent when asked to show credentials. By their manager, LV quality is dropping, but prices are not. Is that customer focused?

I was sized up by her looking at my shoes by a sales associate called Sylvia when I was there, even my boyfriend has noticed it. Sylvia was very unprofessional, all the time in her phone while scanning us. she made us very uncomfortable, never say hi never looked at us and never smiled because we were not wearing a high-end brands? we're both dressed well. The other lady seems like she was the manager was looking at her watch. No one said hello or smiled. Our experience there was poor in general. All the people working there were on their phones.

I was buying a new wallet. Everything could be fine, but I unpacked bag. And lady gave me dirty dusty bag for my wallet. I think that is too much expensive store, that they can give you dirty things.
