Nous avions été mieux accueillis côté homme que femme... Nous avons reçus de bons conseils, le vendeur a prit le temps nécessaire auprès de nous, nous n'avions pas l'impression qu'on nous force la vente, c'est apréciable et rare surtout quand nous sommes touristes.

Great customer service.

I forget the name of the sales associate who helped me, but she was very helpful and patient while I figured out which bags I wanted. I ended up getting the buckle bag in suede for myself and a gray one for my mom. They even let me borrow their laptop to see if mine would fit haha.

Also I dropped my card on the way out and they called me and waited after the store closed to make sure I could pick it up. Thank you!!

So grateful I came with my Caucasian friends who happened to come the day before and received a business card from one of the sales associates. We were able to use the connection for the next day. Unfortunately another guest had contacted the SA at the same time and by a pure coincidence of entering simultaneously the SA went straight for the other couple. I assume they’re regulars so we were fine with that since we wanted to skip the line outside.

We were assisted by Andreana who seemed to only man the door in the beginning of the visit but eventually helped us with our purchases. She was very kind and went to the back a few times when I pointed out defects on my nappa Prada moon. Bought two other wallets (long pink saffiano wallet not shown in pic) . My friend purchased one wallet. Andreana packaged everything beautifully. We had a wonderful visit but had I came alone I think the trip would have been very different

The store doesn’t have a great assortment though. I originally I was looking to purchase a nylon moon but that wasn’t available. Regardless the nappa moon was clearly a worthwhile purchase.

I should add I was dressed very casually with a muscle tee, workout shorts and a vintage LL bean belt bag. If we didn’t have the SAs info I don’t think we would’ve gotten in.

Amazing customer service from Anastasia today. We went into many shops but Anastasia's professionalism and warm personality was much appreciated and ended leaving with some shoes I had wanted for a while. She is a great ambassador for the brand.

Terrible and long service in a boutique in Rome. We chose the bag in 15 minutes, waited an hour to redeem it. The internal system does not work, they do not see which boutiques have this or that product, since the color of the wallet did not match the color of the bag. I won't come here anymore.

2/20/20: Tiziano Pisa helped me. He was very knowledgeable about every product, including each leather on shoes & accessories. I bought 2 items from him. A replacement blue nylon messenger bag & a leather key chain holder pouch. I looked in Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Goyard, & a few other places to find a replacement for my great 15 year old blue nylon Coach messager bag. I loved my Coach bag, but I wanted to move upward. I found a similar 1 in the Prada store in San Francisco, but I knew it would cost less in Italy. Tiziano showed me on his tablet how much I saved buying the bag in italy: around $200! I saved around $60 buying my leather key pouch in italy over buying it in America. Tiziano was so professional, knowledgeable, & patient, I will contact him next year before my next trip to Rome. I plan to buy some shoes on my next visit. I will buy them from Tiziano at this Prada store. I was amazed at how easy Blue VAT refunds was at the airport. Just give them the forms they give you at the store, your passport, & your flight number. Then your credit card for the refund. It took 3 minutes at most. There was no line (queue) when I got to the Blue windows, but then a line formed. Another good thing was Blue refunds was right next to Planet refunds. I had refunds at both, so it was convenient.

Siamo stati trattati con gentilezza e professionalità nonostante fossimo due ragazzi giovani e avessimo specificato sin da subito che eravamo lì solo per dare un’occhiata in vista di un regalo futuro. Gianluca ci ha guidato con estrema cura nella ricerca e ci siamo poi rivolti a lui per finalizzare l’acquisto dopo un mese circa.
Sottolineo ancora il suo garbo e la sua competenza perché non sono affatto scontati e molte boutique nelle vicinanze ne sono sprovvisti.
È bello non essere trattati con sufficienza solo perché ci si presenta in abiti casual!
