Last Saturday a nice assistant helped me to order 12 yr Burberry jacket online, but I get a used 5 yr Burberry jacket. Their customer service chat team is not willing to help me and referred me to the store. Now I have to waste my time on 40min driving for the wrong item.

12/11/2024 Do not shop here. The sales associates here are aggressive and rude. I had a hostile experience today at the men's department 2nd floor. After making a simple request for a paper bag, since I already had luxury gift bags and just needed something larger, the sales associate—an Old Woman with short hair—yelled at me aggressively. She even went as far as to pick a fight, treating me like a thief. She looked at me condescendingly and said, "NO! No bags if you don’t shop here." The sales associate only care about making sales and treat customers as though they're just a source of money.

I was shopping in the store at the time, and my request was completely reasonable. This type of rude, hostile behavior is unacceptable. I am going to contact management and headquarters about this experience.

I won’t be returning to Saks Fifth Avenue ever again.

Yes it's quite an upscale department store with the many upscale prices I. Clothing lines, wearable accessories and designer footwear. ✨️ Make sure you are cleared for the glares from the shop associates.

From the very first moment of stepping foot in the door, my wife & I both felt and noticed all eyes on us. Being African-American we are unfortunately very familiar with this through out our lives, so we know exactly what it is. We usually shop and are fitted at the Beverly Hills Saks but due to proximity we decided to try this one. HORRIBLE! I'm usually classy & calm, but I could feel anger in my body. I definitely recommend this place to retrain staff, and I also do not recommend this to any one with the slightest bit of shade to their skin tone unless you are a regular and they are now tolerant of you. Horrible representation of their city & county.

I went to Saks Fifth avenue for a dress return and Corrine who was assisting me behaved so rudely with me and look at me with the eyes that I am very middle class and made me feel low. Not going back ever! Staff treats you as per race. So disgusting and what brand stands for. Your staff needs to change the attitude and treat everyone equally and not roll eyes based on skin color

Thomas the manager is very rude to the costumers. Saks Fifth Avenue should never hire a manager who argued with the customer and unable to explain in a kindly manner. This is at South Coast Plaza location. I will be emailing the corporate so they can hire a better manager and meds to be in an anger management class. Name Thomas!!!!
