I have been seeing Alla a few times now. She has been doing this rubber gel for my hands, which lasts almost a month. Her precision is unbelievable and she has the best tools I’ve ever seen in a nail salon. Overall, she is super skilled and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

Lily is a great and very kind nail stylist but I am very upset after my visit.
I was looking for a new nail stylist and I get very specific nail treatment, hard gel nails(not acrylic).
I came to Dioro Salon on 09/25/18 in the evening and I was told by the receptionist that hard gel nails fill will cost me $45 (fill and gel nail polish). I called the next morning and was told the same, I came in at approx.10:05 in the morning on 09/26/18. I was given a good treatment by Lily and was happy with my nails but I was told that I have to pay $60. I told them that I was told the evening before that it will cost me $45.They were willing to bring the price down to $55 but I said $50. The owner was in the salon and they asked him about it but he said I have to pay full price. HE DID NOT EVEN CONFRONT ME!!!! NEVER APOLOGIZED, NEVER TALKED TO ME. THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
I have been in customer service for 10 years now and this is not how you treat a customer or the right solution for a situation like this. This is a scamming place and I will never come back here again. My mother, sister and I are very dedicated customers and get our nails done regularly, this owner could have had consistently income from us on a very regular basis. This owner needs to learn how to run a business and keep customers. That is not how you keep customers.Do not go to this salon, they suck money out of people!!!

I have been following Vic for 18 years. From cuts to color to hair treatments. He and his staff have been taking great care of hair and I can say that I am the only member in my family that is not loosing my hair thanks to the high quality of products they use for all treatments.

You will not be disappointment. Great service, great products, EXCELLENT customer service.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER service I've experienced to date at a nail salon ever!!!!

I've visited this nail salon many many times but today they have proven to be very money hungry and totally unappreciative of their customers!

The lady couldn't finish my gel manicure because she had a customer coming at 6pm! So they charged me $28 for a manicure.

what I received was not a manicure. I'm actually shocked beyond words. Not only was she rushing to complete my nails but she left my nails feeling so sharp and rough. Receptionist was cold and lacked basic customer service skills, I asked if someone else could finish my nails and she said No. why on earth would you have me sit down if you knew there was not enough time to finish?!.

With how I was treated there. There is no amount of money you could pay me to set foot back into that place.

One of the nail techs told me one price for a fill, I came back the next day and that price doubled. Same person, she even remembered me. I later sat the seating area in front of Macys- I look up and the same woman is taking pictures of me with her phone. I called and spoke to Vick- he was extremely rude and nasty; answered the call "What do you want?" I reported them to mall management. There are too many nail salons in the area to go to this one. Unacceptable.

The girl who did my nails was sweet but she didn’t cut all my natural nails, she left one natural while the rest was acrylic. When she started polishing my nails but didn’t do a base coat when she started. I’m assuming this is why my nail chipped and broke by the second day.

When I went back and fixed my nails, the paint chipped again within the second day. I wouldn’t recommend this place. It is overpriced and the polish doesn’t last.

I had an appointment today at 11 am. I scheduled it 4 days ago. I showed up at 10:55 for my appointment and and was told it would be about 10 minutes. If I wanted to walk around so I didn’t have to wait, they would give me a call. So I thought okay sure, a little behind is okay. I didn’t receive a call until 11:30 am. I was so upset I didn’t answer. I understand things happen, but at $50 for a trim, it would be nice to at least get a phone call before I drive there to let me know you’re behind schedule today. 30 minutes behind schedule is unacceptable to me.
