Very upset and disappointed. I booked a full face session over a MONTH before my appointment today for a photo shoot. I received a text confirmation on Saturday confirming my appointment for today. Two hours before my Appointment this morning I got a text that my appointment was cancelled with no explanation. I called only to be told they had no one available to do my appointment and couldn’t find anyone to cover. I understand things happen however on your terms and conditions you expect customers to give you a 24 hour notice of cancellation it would be nice if you could extend the same courtesy to customers. I had to scramble to find another alternative. This is the first and last time I will try and use Sephora as clearly I can’t rely on someone being available even when booked in advance or be given atleast a 24 notice if cancellation is needed.

I had a beauty lesson yesterday with Victoria at the Wiregrass Mall location for my wedding makeup. She was fantastic. She did a great job! I'm hyper critical of myself, but I was so happy with how I looked after she did my makeup. Plus, she's just a fun person to be around. We had a great time, and I left feeling confident I will look great on my wedding day. Thank you, Victoria!!

Going into this Sephora was one of my best experiences so far. I happened to be at the Wiregrass because we decided to go shopping before going on a girls trip and decided to make Sephora our last stop. Every time I go into a Sephora the people who work there just look at you up and down, don’t offer help (even if I don’t need it) and overall they make you feel very uncomfortable like if you didn’t belong there but going into this Sephora was totally different, Laura and I can’t remember the other team member were super nice, they helped my friend to find everything that she was looking for, Laura showed us products and it was just amazing how this was a great experience for all of us who normally would rather to order online just to not have to go into a store. Everybody was so welcoming and willing to help but Laura was the best of them all.

The place is always crowded, but the staff moves fast and opens extra cash registers. I was not sure what foudation I wanted to buy and the staff matched my color and gave great recommendations. I recommend this place!

I am trying the Vitamin Cream will post results. As for client services in store phenomenal. 5 stars. Prices are retail. Head to clean juice for a body upper cleanse or just walk the shops.

People are always following me around the store and it honestly makes me uncomfortable. They accuse people of stealing from them, when I have NEVER stolen anything from there they try to disguise it has “helping you” when they’re so blatantly obvious about it.

We had a great experience learning about how to apply concealer and learning about our skin types. Aeyaisha was patient with us and very helpful!
