Haircare products contain nasty chemicals. When I discovered how toxic, i tried to obtain a refund. They washed their hands of it by telling me to go to the retailer. Everyone needs to get the apps that tell you about all the toxic chemicals in products because the EU is lightyears ahead of NA in protecting its citizens from all this garbage.

Terrible experience on Shiseido Canada online shopping!!! I ordered two items for online. after over one week, when I track my order in their website, it shows backordered, but I didn't receive any notice and I don't know which item is backordered or both. I send email and called customer service. They had no idea what is wrong and said they will cancel my order, ask me to place a new order. maybe this time it will works. I did. but still shows backordered. I called again and was told one item is out of stock. but in their website it still show available. they cancelled my order again, ask me to replace one of my order. I followed their suggestion again, replaced one of my item. but now 20 days passed, I still haven't received it yet. It drive me crazy. Be caution! Stay away from Shiseido online shopping.

Very bad arrangement of cashier lineup. A counter selling products near the entrance of cashier lineup, stops the people moving ahead to lineup.

If I could, I would give 0 star to Shiseido. Terrible experience. Shiseido store at the Bay of Hill Crescent Mall is scam customer and is selling eye concentrate without the product in the bottle. I purchased Shiseido eye cream at Shiseido store in the Bay of Hill Crescent Mall in October 2023. When I tried to use it and found out they gave me an empty bottle. I went to the store twice to solve this issue and found out the replacement product that they gave me without explanation date. Shiseido store located at the Bay and ruined the name of the Bay as the Bay is the most trusted store in Canada. Safe on your money and never buy from Shiseido. Such a waste of time and money. I will return their product as it is not safe to use. Don’t waste your money!

A piece of rubbish, bought a bunch of stuff and checked the production date online(of course after arriving home) every single item was made/produced 5-6 years ago, means no longer effective, as the chemical used Ramon’s effective <3 years. That is why they don’t give you a receipt and also most of their those model products of that bar codes are not available on ther onlien stores. Safe your money

If i can, i would give 0 star. I went to their warehouse sale today and I bought their 700 cle de peau set. I checked the production date when I got home as i really trusted them and it shows the products were produced 6-7 years ago. They are not circulating in the market any more. They also labeled their regular cotton pad as $20, then mark it down to $10 but the regular retail price is $13 only. I am really mad and want my money back as this should not be the way of doing business but I don't know where I can fight for my right.

Please never buy the product online, cuz you can’t check the produce date. They sale expired products. What a shame. Customer service is trash, only can repeat one thing all the same. Never buy again.

Sale was okay, very very busy. You'd think they were giving things away for free the way people crowd. The line up starts well before opening. Parking is pretty limited, but not bad and is well managed. To look at the products is pretty difficult due to crowding, so I highly suggest looking up what products you want before going. Shiseido products on their own are quite pricey. The best deals I got were about $20-$30 discount.

They didn't carry any of the shiseido sister brands or the department store lines. Mostly had products from the benefiance and white lucent line. Men's shiseido was there as well.

There was also some other brands like Nars, bareMinerals, Buxom, Laura mercier and Joico. They didn't carry any of the super popular items, like the Nars creamy concealers, or the Laura Mercier loose powder.

Overall was an okay outlet sale.
