I really dislike this ulta, I swear the one time i went in to get some setting powder and foundation I was followed down every isle by a worker. I caught on and tested it because i was like maybe im wrong but nope she was following me. I was so mad i paid and left. I literally gave her no reason to think I was stealing so all i could assume was she judged me off my color. do better ulta

Went in for a couple things and ended up buying more than what I originally needed. While I was looking around I was curious on a specific product so I went to look for help and when I found an employee, there was actually 2 talking to a man so I assumed I could pull 1 of them away (there wasn’t anybody else on the floor) because it doesn’t take 2 people to help out 1 person and it seemed like they were just making small talk anyways by the conversation I overheard. while I said “excuse me” twice, 1 of the employees “Cherri” looked over her shoulder and rudely said “hold on” real snappy so immediately I was taken back. I look for the manager because that was no way to service a customer. I let the manager know my issue and point out the employee, the manager says “I’m sorry that happened. She’s a stylist so she wouldn’t be able to help in the makeup department anyways.” So my response was “Well she could’ve addressed that but my question is why is she up here with the makeup artists assisting other customers with their makeup needs then?” The manager had no answer. She then said, “Our district manager would be in today so we’ll have a talk with her about her customer service.” Was that conversation had? I’m not sure so I’m taking it upon myself to leave this review. “La Cherri” you need to do better on the way you talk to people.

I always love going to this location contrary to some comments left on here every single person in this store has been extremely kind and helpful. A lot of the employees while working on keeping the store stocked and cleaned will drop what they doing to help. Heather is the absolute best! She’s is such a sweetheart while waiting for help I saw her use the very little Spanish she knew to help a Spanish speaking customer and it really made my day that instead of saying sorry we don’t have a Spanish speaking employee she made sure any way she could to help the customer. A1 customer service highly recommended.

I usually shop online. Today, was my first time going in this store. I asked a nice associate where I can find the Clinique section and she happily helped me find it. I brought with me the face moisturizer i was low on and I found the exact face moisturizer that I needed. I felt like I was in the wrong line to checkout. Indeed I was. I asked the checkout associates where I needed to be and they happily guided me. At checkout, a nice associate asked for my number and my account came up. It felt like I was at the store previously but I usually shop online. I am glad that I was able to shop in person. I had a great time and gave my first time a A+ experience. Thank you to all of the associates for helping me and thank you ULTA for having the product I needed. Great job everyone! ?

The girls are very unwelcoming and curbside never goes out to my my car. Then when I go inside for pickup, it takes then about 10 minutes to acknowledge me. Also the manager is always rude and has really bad customer service. Doesn’t explain things very well but expects us to understand her. I’m not one to even say anything but my experience is always bad when I go in.

I was just at ulta! I asked the manager Heather a few questions re: price on brushes and the olaplex! Neither was marked! NOT that I can't afford it! Was asking the sale price! Such attitude Mrs RUDE Manager ? get off your phone and show some customer service! I did call unfortunately she the Manager Heather would NOT confirm when another Manager would be available! Never do I post! But you MRS rudeness I had 2... lastly Happy Holidays... thanks 4 making my day a pleasant one...

Definitely the worst experience I've had was tonight. There was multiple workers in the store and not one of them came up to ask if I needed help which I really did. I was in line for about 15 minutes and there's only one person on the register but there was multiple workers standing around talking to each other. I ended up just leaving my basket and going home. I also had an order to pick up but I already purchased on the app but couldn't get it.
